“Wow, just wow! I had the best experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A on Monday when I brought my parents and we decided to eat inside. What a great decision that was. We were immediately greeted by one of the kindest souls I have ever met, Maritza! She was amazing, she showed that she genuinely cared and gave great recommendations on the new items! “The service or the customer service was awful for my opinion, everything went bad to me , I just came today because I have a free reward to get5 chicken nuggets , the cashier Brittney needs more training, i told her that was free and the end of this I paid for and I talk to a supervisor I guess and she treat me as a mother when is upset so it was not a good visit this time , I was so happy and grateful for my reward but at the end was unpleasant“
