5 Best Mexican Restaurants near Vance

“This wonderful little restaurant is a hidden gem. Throughout 2025 and a large part of 2026, I went here countless times. I had almost everything on the menu, and I was NEVER disappointed. My personal favorite is the huarache!

Aside from having a good selection of meals, you're able to choose what meat(s) you want with many of them. On top of that, there's a self-serve bar for toppings and sauces. They also have desserts available quite often. Tres leches (my favorite), sweetbreads, cheesecake, ice cream, etc.

Not only is the food excellent and authentic, but the folks who work here are so sweet! They were always kind and attentive. Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish, so there was a minor language barrier on occasion. Despite that, my orders were never wrong and I always got what I paid for. They were always diligent in that sense. Beyond that, they're just plain nice. I always felt very safe and comfortable when I walked in the building. After a while, I was going there for the atmosphere AND the food.

I wish I could've taken this place with me when I moved away. I'll always miss it. Honestly, I'd be willing to make the trip JUST to eat here again some time. Please don't pass up the chance to eat here if you have it!“
