“Their ham & Swiss croissant was hot and delicious, the sugar-free hazelnut latte was perfect, and their coffeecake muffin (make sure you get it heated!) was so very good with the coffee.
The staff was friendly and efficient with everything done with a smile! Their restroom was clean and fresh-smelling.

“The line was 3 cars deep at the drive thru, so I decided to go inside to order. I was greeted immediately with a “thanks for coming in” and a smile by the clerk (brown haired guy with glasses- I didn’t catch his name). He said he would be with me ASAP. He was the only one working both in store and drive thru. I watched him make 8 drinks for 3 cars and ring everyone up with enthusiasm, competence, and a friendly demeanor. He apologized for the “long wait” (it was less than 4 minutes) and cheerfully took my order. I was nice to see someone who was both good at their job and happy to be there. Thank you guy from Dunkin’ for making the world a little brighter!“

“I've had these donuts before but never been in the shop. Went in this morning and got some donuts and kolaches and coffee. I'm blind and they went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was what in the bags. They were very helpful! Wonderful experience and amazing food and coffee!“

“The doughnuts themselves are the real star. HERO’s treats are not the overly sweet, mass-produced kind; they have substance and balance. The cake-style offerings are moist with a slight chew, and the glazes have flavor without being cloying. One standout was the bread pudding doughnut, which managed to toe the line between indulgence and restraint.  Even the simpler glazed option carries an earthy richness that makes each bite linger.“

“I came here for what the other stores have a bologna, egg and cheese, but they obviously are not doing that at this location for some reason. So I got the breakfast burger with the fried egg on top which I always like because I like their fresh buns and they always make the egg sunny side up the yellow runny not the white perfectly cooked so I did enjoy my food. I just did not enjoy the fact that that they took 30 minutes to get my order ready had some kind of an issue in the kitchen I guess! Also, I would’ve liked to known that they were out of ice and had no ice in the store before I got a drink“

“This is a great place. The cashier in the morning is a great employee I think his name was Harrison and he consistently brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every task that I see him doing. He was very polite and kind to me and my family. The food could use a little bit of help but beside that this is a great little spot.“

“The drinks are so good I recommend the Dragon and rose it tastes so good with the strawberry boba balls, it tastes to good, and it looks so pretty, and the taste is so wonderful, and the service is amazing.So I recommend you go to this place. The mall in Hoover, second floor, and the name is Kokee tea, so go to this place, and it look so beautiful.“

“12 doughnuts for $25 and not fresh and not filled well. But the staff was pleasant courteous and friendly. Greeted with a smile. They store was out of somethings but suggested others. This team makes it a joy to come to.this store location. Clean on the inside and outside. Will come back and try something else.“

“I go here often and I have always had fast serve, friendly people, clean environment and overall an amazing experience. But I also just have to rave about my experience today. It was a tough day and the lady working was just above and beyond being kind. The donuts and coffee tasted the best due to her kindness. Blame my stressful week of day. Either way I am grateful for her kindness and amazing service. I’m sad I didn’t catch her name to say thank you to her specifically. I was on my way to UAB to sit with my Dad who just had open heart surgery so her kindness did far more then she will ever realize.“

“the people work hard at Dunkin donuts and it's in a tough area to work being so close to a hospital..I think the manager is a really cool guy ..He shared with me what he studied about ancient Egypt so he's educated and he seems to take care of himself physically as well and always is neat in appearance...also I LOVE DONUTS and am something of consuer of bakeries and while some people may turn they're nose up at a Dunkin Donuts because of how they are manufactured...I say relax , were eating junk food anyway... if it taste good...it is good.. I enjoy dining in at Dunkin Donuts because often they play cool music that is in Good taste that adults can enjoy and they can be very accommodating if you bring your tablet or laptop as they have several electrical outlets. . yeah, I like Dunkin Donuts and to be honest I've made it one of my " happy places" so stop by, have a bottle of milk and a 🍩 Donut. who knows if I see you there I might just by you a cup of coffee.. if ya catch me while I'm flush with the cash.... thanks again Dunkin“
