“I feel like I should finally leave a review with how much I'm here! This has been my dunkin of choice in Birmingham for over a year despite having two others closer to me- I'll happily voyage to this one since I always know it's going to be a consistently good experience for me. The employees are always so kind no matter who's on shift and my drinks are consistently amazing. I love there not being an additional charge on alternative milk as well, and on top of loving my coffee I get here, the food is always tasty and made well compared to other Dunkin's I've visited all over.“

“I've had these donuts before but never been in the shop. Went in this morning and got some donuts and kolaches and coffee. I'm blind and they went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was what in the bags. They were very helpful! Wonderful experience and amazing food and coffee!“

“The manager or guy that took our order on 5/27 at 10:15 was so incredibly kind. I was trying to run to my car with 2 kids in the pouring rain. My daughter dropped our whole box of doughnuts. I want to back, I didn’t have the chance to try all the food. I just got the bacon, egg, and cheese bun. It was so good. They use their own sauce. Loved it. And, they have great coffee.

“It’s the only milk tea place in the area I know of and I love it. I only ever order the coffee milk tea with coffee jelly and I always love it. I know people who have tried their other drinks and liked them all. The employees seem nice and I haven’t had a negative experience with them. The place is a little small, but it’s not a sit down or hang out place so it’s all good. I love going there and do recommend it.“

“12 doughnuts for $25 and not fresh and not filled well. But the staff was pleasant courteous and friendly. Greeted with a smile. They store was out of somethings but suggested others. This team makes it a joy to come to.this store location. Clean on the inside and outside. Will come back and try something else.“

“I go to this location 5 days a week and I loooove the staff, especially the two managers - one male and one female. They always remember my very specific coffee order and brighten my day + my coffee is always so good. I go to other locations sometimes when I’m not around but this locations customer service is top tier.“

“The doughnuts are great of course, but the rewards program is garbage. Just about every time I go and want to scan my rewards card, they say that the system is down and I will need to do it through the app. Then adding it in the app never works. It just says “there was a problem”. Huge waste of time that they apparently refuse to fix.“

“the people work hard at Dunkin donuts and it's in a tough area to work being so close to a hospital..I think the manager is a really cool guy ..He shared with me what he studied about ancient Egypt so he's educated and he seems to take care of himself physically as well and always is neat in appearance...also I LOVE DONUTS and am something of consuer of bakeries and while some people may turn they're nose up at a Dunkin Donuts because of how they are manufactured...I say relax , were eating junk food anyway... if it taste good...it is good.. I enjoy dining in at Dunkin Donuts because often they play cool music that is in Good taste that adults can enjoy and they can be very accommodating if you bring your tablet or laptop as they have several electrical outlets. . yeah, I like Dunkin Donuts and to be honest I've made it one of my " happy places" so stop by, have a bottle of milk and a 🍩 Donut. who knows if I see you there I might just by you a cup of coffee.. if ya catch me while I'm flush with the cash.... thanks again Dunkin“
