“There was this worker, didn’t catch her name. Was between 3/4 went to get half-off drinks. She was taking the orders and at the window. She was very nice, gave the order out quick, listened and repeated what we said at the window. And I always prefer really light ice, never get light ice when I ask. She made sure it was really light. The reason I have, one the sandwiches are good no complaints, and two the guy that is at the window 90% of the time when I am through knows exactly how to treat customers. “Really can’t say much about my experiences at this restaurant because they serve very little that I care for, so I have not had a lot of experience here, however I have to say that the one thing I tried that I was bowled over by, and would be back 2-3 times a week for, was the Fish Sandwich they had a while back!!! My husband and I both still talk about it being the best Fast Food Fish Sandwich either of us have EVER had, then they made it 2 for $6 which made it even better!!! We can’t understand why they wouldn’t make it a part of their permanent menu, because it would definitely keep us coming back on a very regular basis!!! Hope this post makes a difference to Owners & Managment because we’d love to have a better reason to come back for their “Cherry Turnovers” too?“

“Our order was to go. Baconator & Dave's double, burgers only. They weren't wonderful but it took awhile to get home. Our 10 yr old son LOVES their burgers & their pickles. Also, I got a junior size frosty. It was delicious & hit the spot on such a hot day. Would definitely eat here again.

Parking: Not a huge parking lot but regular size vehicles will fit fine.“

“My husband and I got the 2 for $7 crispy chicken sandwiches and they were fresh and delicious! We get them with honey mustard instead of mayo which makes them even more flavorful. The honey mustard is amazing. At night, they will make the chicken patties fresh and it takes a little longer to get the food but soooo worth it... they are still hot and yummy when we get home!! We don't eat much fast food but definitely recommend Arby's chicken sandwich for a late night quicky dinner if you have had a busy day and don't have time to cook!“

“This will be the first negative review I have ever done for a business or for anyone at all.. I have stopped by this location 5 times in the past two weeks after work, between 8:30-9:30p.m. Each time I have been told that I can not order from the grill because they have already closed it down. I understand closing the grill down a little while before closing. This location closes at 10p.m. I do not understand why the grill is being closed down an hour to an hour & a half, before closing. I have already sent emails to two of the main offices. I will continue to reach out to them until I find out if this is just Long John Silver's policy or if this location is just not wanting to do their job. I stopped by after work at 8:30 tonight & was told that I could not order from the grill because they have already shut it down. I just don't understand why they are open until 10p.m. & on the clock getting paid, if they aren't willing to serve from the grill even an hour & a half before close. I do my best to never complain. Especially online. But this is the most disappointing experience that I have ever had with any restaurant or fast food location in my entire life.“

“I absolutely love this Pizza Hut. No complaints about any of the workers or delivery drivers. Unfortunately, when they are super busy they have to outsource to dashers. The Dashers, apparently do not take such care as the regular drivers. I sometimes need my order to be left at the door, I provide something to set it on so the bugs do not crawl in and I always tip. I wasn’t aware of the need for using dashers at times. The last two orders I placed did not arrive with much care. That was when I realized, it wasn’t Pizza Hut, it was the Door Dashers. The customer service is always wonderful and they were and courteous as they always are and offered me a new pizza or credit without any hesitation. I just wanted to say thank you for always being so pleasant and I’m sorry that you guys have to outsource drivers sometimes because they are not your employees therefore will not put the same care into it as you guys do. So please, if you get an order that was delivered by a dasher, go easy on the Pizza Hut people. Dashers have zero loyalty to that business.“

“There is a Guy who works the drive thru named Biddy. He is super joyful and upbeat like a light in the dark. He shines light to all the people around him and I can hear his jolly self all the way through the drive thru talking to other customers as well. He is so uplifting and has made me smile and feel upbeat and more hopeful during my day over and over when I go. One time my bagged order was wrong and I didn’t even care because I felt so encouraged and upbeat. He is efficient and good at communicating, but more than that he makes all the people in line smile. I hope they give this guy a raise! :)“

“Tonight was my first time going to Church’s chicken. The guy at the window was very nice even though it was late. My food was awesome! The sauce on the Buffalo wings is not too spicy or too tangy, perfectly balanced flavor. They made my fries and wings fresh and I really appreciated that, especially towards the end of the night. Most fast food will serve you some slop at the end of the day and it was so satisfying to have the fries burning my mouth lol. They were crispy and weren’t smothered in salt which was refreshing. Another thing I was impressed by was the Ranch. Packaged ranch is usually disgusting (Sonic etc) but their ranch is the best I’ve had in a package. I have seen some low reviews but the crew tonight really did a great job and helped me have a fantastic evening (desperately needed). Thanks to the staff tonight you guys made my night! “I rarely leave reviews, but this Panda Express location truly deserves some praise! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless — from the dining area to the kitchen line, you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff was not only friendly and fast, but also genuinely welcoming. They worked together like a well-oiled machine and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

What really stood out was the manager. You can immediately tell they take pride in their team and their store. They were visible, hands-on, and clearly led with positivity and professionalism. It’s not every day you see leadership like that in action!

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always. This location definitely sets the bar high for fast casual dining. Fort Smith is lucky to have a Panda Express this well-run. Highly recommend!“
