McDonald's in Springdale

“I don't usually eat or rate any McDonalds, but today I am making a change. From the moment I walked in this is a different McDs in the evening. The past visit was muddled with issues, from the employees to the food (that's another time). When I walked in they were not busy, and even greeted me with a smile and a welcome. I did order at the kiosk but the woman at the front asked me if I needed any help with anything (a welcome change). After I ordered the food came out fairly quickly and the woman brought it to me, asking if I had any issues to please let them know (another welcome change). The food was hot and looked different, like good different, fresh almost. All of it was great, the fries crispy and hot, the sandwich hot and had flavor. After all was said and done and I got up to leave the woman at the front thanked me and wished me a good night, and to please come back. I travel for a living and don't get that kind of service at sit down restaurants most of the time. To the owners, keep these employees and make them trainers for others at your restaurants. Thanks!“

“The crew who works around 7:30am is absolutely phenomenal! The service I get when I go for my Large Mocha Frappe with no whipped cream is the best fast food service I've ever experienced. Everyone has a great attitude, and they are all so nice. I wish I could repay them for their hard work and kindness. Thank you all for helping me start my day off with a smile!“

“Consistently good food! Recently I downloaded the McDonald's app and I didn't know what I was missing out on! It is well worth downloading and using!

Kid-friendliness: Happy meals says it all! And they have a younger kids playground inside that consists of the ball pit and slide some other fun things to keep young people occupied!“

“My debit card was not working so I scooped all my change, was starving because debit card didn't work all day. I went in with some change to get only food I'd had all day at 6:31 pm. Mcdonalds employee with long hair and Grey shirt paid for my food out of his own wallet and took the little change I had and gave me a meal double cheese burger and small fry. This gentleman should be assigned with the greats of history. Good people still exist. Thank you sir. Who ever you are. I was so hungry I didn't catch the name. Just had to eat. “The morning crew is so nice! Can’t imagine how hard they have to work because this McDonald’s is in a super high traffic area. But I try to drive through for breakfast when I can get in from time to time and everyone is just so kind and professional. It’s refreshing. I’m greeting better and treated better at this drive through than most sit down places. Keep smiling morning crew you guys are killin it“
