“When I order a sandwich I get it with double meat on it, but everytime I order here at this one I get charged for the double meat but my sanfwich is not as big as it should be. Be careful them charging extra and you dont get it. The picture I took was of a sub that was supposed to be double meat. Does this look double?“

“I decided to give Surf City Sandwich a try after hearing it was good and I was in the mood for a cheesesteak sandwich. I ordered my sandwich to go and was a bit shocked at how expensive it was. This is not a cheap place but they do give you a large sandwich and it comes with fresh chips. The sandwich had a lot of flavor but it was not to my taste and I didn’t care much for it. I felt like I was overcharged for an okay sandwich. The home made chips were very good.“

“I frequent this location often and generally the food and service are excellent but the last 2 times my sandwhich white bread has been dry and tough!!! It also looks and feels hard. Was there a change to the recipe or the oven? Please check into this problem, thank you!“

It has been a few years since I walked in to order, and the ordering kiosk is not user-friendly, and again, I say this about every business that uses kiosks in replacement of a human and that of an opportunity for employment. Otherwise, I like the Nastagic atmosphere in Firehouse Subs!“
