“Up date to June 2025. I ordered lunch for my dad, grandson and myself. I told my grandson we get ice cream cones after we eat. We went to order, and two people ahead of us ( I think a manager) ask these customers if they wanted ice cream ( they said no) our turn - I asked for 3 ice cream cones. She looked us over - said sorry we have no ice cream. Needless to say I was a little upset - I said really? Everyone around us was shocked. She was rude. Was it racist - I think so because we were not her color or the color in front of us. Why couldn't she sell us the ice cream cones?“
“I went straight from my dental surgery to this store for a vanilla cone. I asked the cashier to just use the cup cuz I wouldn't be able to chew the cone & didn't want it wasted. Jaden, one of the managers, stepped up & offered it to me at no charge as a little something to make feel comfortable from the fresh dental surgery pain!!! I was shocked & touched by Jaden's thoughtfulness!! It's made my day - THANKS JADEN!!!“
