“I just swung by this location after a tough morning and I was fortunate to encounter Victor in the drive thru. His energy is so positive that he completely turned my morning around. He comes across as a person who is authentically uplifting and I really feel blessed to be reminded that a smile and a positive word can completely shift the energy of the day. Thanks Victor! “A great cup of coffee just didn’t like how I was told how I wanted my coffee and she stated oh next time we’re just gonna have to make it a latte cause there’s no way to make or adding extra milk for charging a extra fee when I specifically said I had wanted that. I’m sorry I can’t have a lot of ice because I have bronchitis. You’re just gonna make me even more sick than what I am. But I shouldn’t have to explain my situation at all just make it how I said I want it“

“I spilled coffee on the floor outside without even one sip. When I talked with the girl for them to clean the floor as I felt so sorry to make floor dirty with coffee. They are so sweet and offer me one Latte for free, very sweet. Thank you!“

“Miguel is the best. Since Covid has plagued all of us haven't been to this Starbucks in over a year. ?He still remembered my name. I think that's pretty impressive. “I am a frequent flyer at this location in the mornings and I won't go anywhere else! I think maybe once or twice they didn't get my drink right but I'm pretty sure I had a new barista. The crew is always smiling and fun to talk to. They always try to make it a personal experience and they actually remember you! I love seeing my favorite crew truly brightens my day! I apologize I don't know all the names & spellings of my favorite people, but there are at least 5-6 of them (including Alyson & Lydia) that seriously start my day off right!

I've tried other locations recently when I was in a jam but there was no comparison. The other staff at these other locations were non emotive and dry and their drinks showed it.

I love this group of employees and my coffee!! Give them a shot (pun intended) and you won't be disappointed!“

“This is my favorite location so I don't want to give a low rating but I am a little disappointed today because of the wait. Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before coming in and still need to wait almost 15 minutes for my drink today and the store is not even that busy today.“

“I was the only one in the dining room on a Friday evening. It looks like Aurora was training Joe, and he lightened my mood.

After peeping the mural on the western wall, I managed to make one or two Baristas quite excited about astronomy. And now they know where the planetarium shows are!

“I have not had a single bad experience here. The workers are friendly and for being super busy, they get drinks out in a timely manner. Starbucks is always busy and I appreciate them doing their best. Karen's can complain all they want but this location is 10/10.“

This time I asked for a venti drink and accidently got a grand in a venti cup, so I went in and kindly told them what happened and gave me the drink I ordered but in a venti this time! “Best experience I ever had , talked to Leon about making his fav drink and he did not disappoint. This drink is a strawberry ice-cream with strawberry foam . But it has mango dragonfruit vanilla bean powder and chocolate cream foam. , I give this drink 5 stars- thank you Leon.

“I’ve been to different Starbucks locations over the past few years all across the country. While nearly all of them have very friendly staff this location is easily the most inviting and friendly of them all.

Noah and his coworkers went above and beyond to make sure this was easily one of if not the best experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Within a few minutes of being here multiple customers walked in and out and the staff knew almost all of them by name and vice versa. Which means I’m not the only one who recognizes this place as a gem in the community.

If you’re looking for a nice coffee shop to duck into for some reading/work or just to get topped off with your beverage and snack of choice, be sure to stop in here. ??

Parking: Located in an outdoor shopping center with tons of free parking. Great location.“

“My favorite croissant is the almond and most locations either don't have it that day or dont sell it at all anymore. Instead they keep pushing the gross chocolate which is cheap chocolate and not healthy at all. Drinks and almond croissant are 5 stars but rest of the food and service is just 3 stars. This rating is for all locations I have been to.“

“The friendly and courteous service at this Starbucks is exceptional. The food and coffee are served quickly and personally. We enjoy the atmosphere that is created by the sincere, outgoing staff—Mike, Zen, Ashley, and Peyton, to name a few. They have created a relaxing and enjoyable experience and environment.“

“I bought 4 Starbucks drinks to try like the matcha cream frappuccino which a lot of people are put off by the green color but the taste is sweet creamy and refreshing it doesn't have a strong matcha flavor as you would expect for how green it looks but just enough so it's not overpowering but you can still taste the flavor of the bitter matcha with the whipped cream and milk adds a nice sweetness to it so it's well balanced.

The dragon fruit refresher is as refreshing as the name with its vibrant purple and pink ombre it looks fun to try it comes with dragon fruit freeze-dried chunks the taste is unique it's very nice it's sweet and lingers in your mouth after the taste it has fruity hints and is delicious

The Caramel crunch frappuccino the first thing you taste is a nuttiness to it Caramel afterwards definitely does not taste like coffee it has a hint of coffee in it, it tastes more like a Caramel toffee it's very sweet the flavor of the Carmel can be a bit overpowering it's more of like a sugary treat it's not for me but if you like very sweet things this drink is for you

If you're a coffee lover and love the bitterness but slightly sweet taste with a hint of cinnamon the iced cinnamon dolce latte is for you because that's exactly what it tastes like if you like sweet coffee you might want to add more cream in it to suite your tastes the ice makes it's refreshing but it can be a bit too bitter to some.“

Lately, I’ve been on a cherry chai kick, so I have been here more often than I probably should. Ha! “I love this location, they have the friendliest staff! They are busy on weekends so mobile order if you want to be in and out. Jordan is my favorite barista, always serving espresso with a smile and if you dont know what you want they can help with suggestions. They are conveniently located at the front if the mall free standing across from Kona grill and right by the valet.“

“I love this Starbucks! I work around the corner and my workplace has warmer temp so the ice in my drink would melt so fast!

I use ice at our ice machine at work but it has weird taste and it always makes my Starbucks tastes gross!

So I started asking for a grande cup of ice w my Iced quad expresso, but sometimes I feel so embarrassed to ask… so I don’t ask if I don’t recognize the voice of the barista on the intercom at the drive thru; however, these baristas always always prep an extra cup of ice for me!!

They’re so thoughtful, kind and it’s amazing how they remember their customers’ specific requests!! I appreciate you guys very much! Love you all!“
