“I've been going to this store for water for a long time. Super clean and the owner and all of his employees are great. The reward program really helps with the savings. Great selection of thrifty ice cream also. And when I'm going hunting they have 20# blocks of ice that last a long time. This is the best store for water and ice I have ever been to. “I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

My mask had ripped prior to me entering the store and Suzanne offered to give me one even though we were not buying anything. She was so nice and courteous that I had to try something from there before I left. I bought one of their specialty drinks for my wife which she loved. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. As we entered I noticed one person waiting meaning me and my boyfriend were second in line but a huge family came in behind us. This is where I got bothered, one of the workers knew them and instead of being professional and taking care of the person who was there first she skipped over and went straight to her friends or family talking to them and taking care of them first. I’m sorry but I feel like when you are working you should stay professional, I’m not saying you can’t say hi really quickly but that’s not fair for those who have been waiting a long time.
