“Another win at Park West—this outdoor shopping area is just so cute, and Handel’s fits right in perfectly. The shaded outdoor seating is a huge plus, especially in the Arizona heat—such a great spot to hang and enjoy something sweet.

Their menu is massive, with tons of ice cream flavors, shakes, cones, and more—but they also offer a couple vegan options, which I appreciated. I went with the mixed berry sherbet (vegan) and added mixed nuts… SO good. Perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too tart, just super refreshing. Fair warning: a “small” is basically three scoops high 😅

My husband got the chocolate peanut butter brownie and loved it. Friendly service, generous portions, and an overall great vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.“

“I've been going to this store for water for a long time. Super clean and the owner and all of his employees are great. The reward program really helps with the savings. “I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Last week you had toppings for the cookies- sprinkles and snickers pieces. Earlier in the week I got the one with sprinkles and they used a spoon to top the cookies, later in the week they dipped their hands (w/ gloves) in both the snickers and sprinkles. I totally understand there can be cross contamination with these cookies and that's on the consumer (I usually will ask them to change gloves), but something like this I felt was pure laziness and a little unacceptable. The service here is also lacking. The employees aren't friendly by any means. This is a customer service job. You chose to work here. Needs some improvement.“

Today I went in and got an orange chicken rice bowl… it took 35 minutes to get my order because they had to make new rice, it took a lot longer but not much you can do and not a big deal because I was going to get fresh rice. Well I got my food and the orange chicken was great but the RICE was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It was not cooked, crunchy and I feel like a waste of my money. It was disappointing.“

As we entered I noticed one person waiting meaning me and my boyfriend were second in line but a huge family came in behind us.
