“I'm not the kind of guy that changes their review based on others, but I'm really wondering what's going on? Other locations have great reviews and that's why I went here on post without even checking first. I'd been planning on grabbing a quick bite at BK but was so mistreated at the drive through by an abusive manager who wasn't smart enough to ring up orders at another register - he wanted me after having waited 15 minutes in the drive up line to just wait behind the others that WERE getting food, and then NOT get food and walk inside and order because THAT register stopped working and it was more convenient for HIM. JERK!!!Anyway, that's what got me to Charley's this day and I'm GLAD it did! I ordered a Classic Philly Cheesesteak Combo with Ultimate Fries for 50¢ more. That could have been a meal in itself! It adds cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing on top of your fries - WOW!!! I got my combo in the middle size, not a small or large - regular. It WAS LARGE!!! If I paid with my Military Star Card I could have saved 10% off. I really need to get one of those!I've read from some of the other reviews about people complaining about seeing them cook a "frozen piece of __" in front of them, like there was something wrong with that. Hey, it's MEAT, and most meat gets frozen at some point and if it's not freezer burned and properly seasoned you're not going to be able to tell the difference! Mine was AMAZING!!! And yes, I've had Philly Cheesesteaks IN PHILLY. We're in ARIZONA - on a MILITARY POST. Check your expectations folks. Check what the tab was. I think my total was $15, which was more than reasonable and about HALF what they charged me last time I was in Philly. FIVE STARS, and the lady that took my order and cooked it up was really nice too! She explained all my options and helped me to get what I wanted. That makes this experience better than Philly, where everyone is in too much of a hurry to help anyone. Free refills on fountain drinks too!“

“We had different opinions on lunch so while the wife and kids order Jack in the box, I was ordering by phone for pick up at Subway, I didn't get her name but she took my order and everything was ready when I got there and the order was correct to a "T"! I'm on a special diet so when I got my order it was great!! I was in/out in no time! I love how these guys take your order seriously!“

“Been around the state of AZ and across the country, and this is by far the best Jersey Mike's location I've been to. Sam, Luke, Adrianna, and Dana all had great personalities that made the entire atmosphere feel bright and welcoming. The few other times I was at this location, this crew wasn't in and it felt like just another Jersey Mike's. I'm excited to visit again while they're all here!“

“If my pre-order not been ignored this subway would easily get 5 stars. Once I arrived and Subway determined the error they quickly filled the order (17, 6 inch sandwiches and drinks). I don't think it was Subways fault but that of the 3rd party catering company. Would recommend would order from again.“
