“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

10/28/24You know every time I come to the store it's welcoming it's it's amazing. Today I watch the owner put three 5 gallon jugs into a lady's vehicle for her. And then they started talking like they were old friends. And today he was explaining to me I'm what it takes to make purified water the amount of water it takes to me purified water. I drive miles out of my way to go to this water and ice store because of how friendly and how courteous and how kind they are. It reminds you of a convenience store from back in the '30s.... Need I say more“

I myself went with a Cookie Monster and they got that all Aces that Cookie Monster ice cream is on point.“

As we entered I noticed one person waiting meaning me and my boyfriend were second in line but a huge family came in behind us. This is where I got bothered, one of the workers knew them and instead of being professional and taking care of the person who was there first she skipped over and went straight to her friends or family talking to them and taking care of them first. I’m sorry but I feel like when you are working you should stay professional, I’m not saying you can’t say hi really quickly but that’s not fair for those who have been waiting a long time. Again when I walked in someone was already waiting who knows how long they had been waiting since it was pretty busy during that time. There was two other workers who were on top of it as soon as they finished they quickly helped the young boy and us after that. So thank you for them. Unfortunately they don’t have name tags so I couldn’t get their names.“

I’ve met Washington a couple of timesand I know Delilah, but Jordan and Sabastian are two of the greatest guys ever. they’re beyond friendly and helpful and they’re always welcoming, and they built up a rapport with almost all of their customers. I would never go to another Water a nice place plus the new owners are awesome. Jordan and Sabastian treat my granddaughter like she’s part of the family and me too. My granddaughter loves them.
