McDonald's in Glendale

“Came through the drive thru around 9:00pm on 12-20-24. Ordered a hot fudge sunday. They gave me so much fudge that there was barely any ice cream. THIS IS HOW I LIKE IT!! There was so much fudge I felt truly appreciated. This is what fast food is all about! I would give you guys infinite stars if I was able.“

“This location is amazing. The crew not only took time to grab me TEN of the happy meal toys but made sure they were all different, not by my request at all!! They are so sweet to have done that considering the point is to try and get the whole collection.“

“Really good McDonald's, and they actually mix the McMflurries here. I will come back. Also, the young lady was very nice about bringing food out and refilling drinks. She was also cleaning continuously which is really nice cause a lot of mcdonald's don't clean very often.“

“Took my kids for their first McDonald’s experience and got my two year old his first Happy Meal. I grew up going to this McDonald’s back in the early 2000’s and this was the first time I’ve gone back to see the new remodel. We had such a memorable experience. Food was great, service was great and staff is super helpful. Truly had an amazing time giving my child his first McDonald’s experience. I got the McDonald’s app and I was even able to treat myself with a reward Frappe while my kids enjoyed their ice cream cones. The play area is great for all ages. I think I had even more fun than my kids watching them enjoy the McDonald’s I loved so much as a kid.“

“This place has great service and my food has been made exactly as ordered every time I’ve been here. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I usually come here later at night and it doesn’t matter if there’s a rush or if it’s chill in the drive thru, my order has been correct every time and I’m greeted with the same friendly service every time.

As someone who’s had A LOT of experience working in fast food, this location is doing it right.

“I was waiting to place my order at the counter and they were a bit busy, a young lady sitting at a table asked if we needed help. We said we were fine because she was on her break, she said it was no problem stood up and took our order with the nicest smile! She was not on break, she was actually punched out and off for the day! Ashanti was the young ladies name and she is an amazing person and an exemplary employee!

“Ordered via the mobile app. Food was obviously made to order and super hot & fresh. WiFi is Walmarts and they make you register for their silly site before you can use. Overall a good experience as far as McDonald’s go.

Parking: Walmart parking lot and adjacent lots as well.“

“It's Sunday, December the 29th. I want to give a big shout out to John and the crew working this evening. I was at the establishment having a soda, minding my own business well waiting for the city bus to arrive to get back to my hotel. There was a transient that approached asked me to use my battery pack to charge his phone I said NO because my bus was approaching. He yelled and called me everything in the book in front of the restaurant. I want to say thank you to the crew working that night they defused what was going on. I think us as Americans need to rally around the ones less fortunate and as Americans need to come up with a plan to help the people who are just down and out. Were all Americans and as Americans we all bleed the red, white and blue we as Americans can prevent this from happing to someone else..“

The lobby should've been cleaner, there was garbage on every table, but they were stuff. just short on staff. If you've ever worked fast food you'll know how tough that can be, and despite that they were still kind when they handed us our food.“

“I come here almost every morning for my decaf coffee. Every time I get my 2 coffees and when I get half way through drinking it I end up with a mouth full of coffee grounds..
I appreciate that this location is always up for brewing me my coffee… some other locations won’t but, I really wish I didn’t get coffee grounds with my coffee.. it’s an awful experience taking a good sip and coffee grounds end up in your mouth it’s disgusting.. 🤮 let’s work on this issue.. I did speak to one of the managers about this issue. Her name is Alyssa. I apologize if I spelt that wrong but anyway, she gave me a replacement of two fresh cups of decaf coffee, which I really appreciate and she’s going to get with the night crew to try to solve this issue and I really appreciate that as well. I know we can better serve our coffee and I know that this situation will improve. Thank you.“

“I just want to give a shout to the Litchfield McD’s for assisting me with my order. I had ordered breakfast on 8/15/25. I arrived on site but had to leave and was unable to get a refund because i had arrived on site. I had talked to Chelsea the night manager and still forgot to pick it up until this morning, 8/26/25. The morning manager asked me a few questions and then graciously fulfilled my order. I really appreciate the customer service. Thank you.“
