But the real standout is the fish. The quality is top-tier, genuinely some of the freshest and best-prepared sushi we’ve had. Gabriel was amazing! “Such an amazing experience here! First time trying it out and came here due to a friend’s recommendation. Bell was my waitress and she was so professional as well as outgoing. Quick service and patient with me when I was looking through the menu. She helped answer any of my questions and there was another waitress who passed by several times, asking if I needed anything else. Her name was Ali and she provided great customer service too! They tag teamed with providing outstanding service. Super impressed by this place and I’ll be recommending it to others mainly due to the great customer service, tasty food and overall great experience.“

“If youre looking for high energy entertainment, then you need Gabriel cooking for you at Ah-So. Our entire table loved him. He was fun and very energetic. He also did a great job cooking. He had us all laughing and even did a magic trick. We also ordered some vegetable tempura and shrimp shumai from the kitchen that were pretty good.

I dinged a couple points off atmosphere just because it seemed to take a while to be seated, then once we were seated, other tables got their chef way before we did even though we were there before they were. It was also a little awkward at the end with the hostess staff bringing new menus to the table and trying to set up when we were still there sitting. I get they are busy, but it seemed like they were rushing us out.

Otherwise, worth the trip for a special dinner with family or friends.“

“Been there twice. First visit: they ran out of steaks, even though we came in an hour before closing. Second visit: no more ginger for the sushi. 🥲 For comparison, at the Asian Seafood Buffet nearby, we also came close to closing once. They ran out of oysters, but when we asked, they still served us. That small effort really stood out. 👌 That said, food here is good, the place is clean, and the staff are all smiles. 😊 The guy making sushi looked super tired though—understandable near closing, but still kind of noticeable. “Sad to see the negative reviews about this place because I’ve had such a great experience! I love their miso ramen, tonkatsu ramen, and sweet and sour chicken. I order from here on DoorDash all the time, and it never disappoints. The broth is so flavorful, the pork is delicious, and the noodle texture is amazing. The sweet and sour chicken is also really good, different from Panda Express, it tastes more homemade than a fast food chain. Highly recommend!“
