“Taylor is our favorite waitress. She is so friendly, kind and attentive. We are always coming with kids and her patience and understanding is so appreciative. Thank you Taylor!Kid-friendliness: Even though it is a fancier restaurant, they are great with kiddos and the kids love the atmosphere too!“
“The best pizza in all of Tucson, AZ! They are kind people willing to go to the ends of the earth just to take care of you. My food is always fresher than any other pizza place I have been too. I've seen a lot of mean customers and I don't understand that because this is my favorite pizza.“
“We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni 18 inch pizza. It was delivered fast and was just like the pizza I had from Monicals last summer in Illinois. Will order again.I did not like that the THURSDAY promo for a 4$ half dozen wings would not work...“
“Ok I absolutely LOVED the food and vibes here! The murals on the wall were so cool too. It’s a very small restaurant so I highly recommend getting a reservation. The service was great and food was made fresh and was very yummy. I got the Oh Honey Board as appetizer and the Chiles & Cream Pizza. Both were delicious! I’d also recommend the lemonade with the prickly pear syrup ? definitely a place I’d love to go back to!“
“I didn't make reservations, but the hostess kindly saved a table in the bar for us when we called 15 minutes ahead. The server in the bar area was a pro. I missed his name, but kudos to a job well done. His recommendation of the salmon was spot on. I will definitely be back, with reservations this time.“
“It’s all about the bread! From the bruschetta board to the mushroom fondue and paninis, you can’t go wrong at Postino. The flavor profiles offer just the right blend of sweet (figs, jam, truffle) and bright (pesto, artichoke, tomato), pairing smartly with a wide selection of wine and beer, and the cheeses are amazing, including the mascarpone, brie, and white cheddar. Service is exceptional, start to finish — the professional training shows here, with the staff taking continual glances at the table to anticipate what you might need without ever interrupting the flow of dining. The indoor-outdoor concept is fantastic too, with huge, modern bar spaces that lead right out to the patio, which is thoughtfully designed and positioned away from the traffic of Grant. Excellent place to sip and savor the night away — can’t wait to go back!Vegetarian options: The staff is helpful in tweaking the menu to accommodate any given request.Dietary restrictions: The server thoughtfully asked if anyone at the table had food allergies or input for the kitchen.Parking: Safe, large parking lot with easy access from side streets, not just Grant“
“Loved it. Had a half-n-half snakebite and flyin- hawaiian. Would probably just get a whole snakebite next time, but it was amazing! The family all tried a different pie, and all enjoyed it. Everyone said it was good, and we will 100% go again.“
“Bottega Michelangelo is always the constant in delivering great food, atmosphere and service. The Happy Hour menu is just enough in portions and quality. This allows us to order a few to share with friends. Cocktail pricing and quality is also great. A must try experience and maybe you too will make this a regular.“
“I was hungry the other day and not sure what I wanted to eat. Did the Ole Google food near me. I happened upon Pasta La Vista, looked at the menu and made an order. As I was placing the order on the website and I really couldn't believe the prices. I told myself there is no chance this will be good but for these prices who cares. I showed up when they said my order would be ready and sure enough it was already bagged up in their pickup area. The employees were super nice. I got home open the bag and was shocked at the portion size. At this point I was positive this food would be barely edible. Boy was I WRONG! The Lasagna was so good I ate the entire portion, it really is enough for two people. I do have to admit that I had a bit of a stomach ache after I ate but, that was fault. The food was so good I ate to fast and a bit to much. I have told multiple people about this place and can't recommend it enough!!!!“
“Other than waiting 45 minutes for a waitress to come take our order, and that was after we got our drinks from the bar, and then went to ask a waitress to take our order, the food was delicious. We had pizzas, and hoped for leftovers. But nope, the pizza was too good. We ate it all!“
“We had a good dinner here. The food is delicious. Unfortunately our waiter Chris S made us feel like we were a bother and it ruined what would have been a wonderful experience. He was rude and rushed us through dinner. There were many tables empty and we couldn’t figure out why he wanted to turn the table. Probably some of the worst service we’ve ever had.“
“The large bowls were enough to take home leftovers. The cheesy garlic bread was cheesy but could have had more garlic flavoring. We both had fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, one with grilled chicken and one with eggplant parmessan. Chicken was fine but could have been more eggplant. Everything tasted fine. We were a little after lunch time so was not busy. Was clean and the ladies came to the counter promptly. I got a to-go spaghetti for my hubby. He said it was very good.“
“love this place ♡ great Italian feel and the food is excellent. Our server Brandon was fabulous & tempted us with beautiful desserts, however we were very satisfied with the choices we had at lunch . We celebrated with a glass of wine which we considered our dessert. Lovely experience, we will be back for dessert sometime soon.“
“Love this spot, a great place to eat, to shop, to relax, The environment is amazing! You have to see for your self, can't even expand it in great detail. Come down for your self definitely worth it. They have a few restaurants and a little cafe several retail stores with great quality items“
“I'm so blessed this is walking distance from my job. What a God send for food. I would highly recommend this place. And I'm excited to bring my friends and family in! The food and service are phenomenal. Gotta go to Gusto's! :“
“Oh my goodness, pizza goodness that is! The best crust I have ever eaten. Family owned, homey environment, and delicious Italian dishes also. One person in our party cannot have gluten or much dairy, she said the GF pizza was perfect. Variety of beer and drinks. Definitely coming back with more friends. Highly recommend.“
“The food was excellent. I really didn't have major expectations after stopping in here, but I found that I enjoyed one of the best meals I have had at a restaurant in a super long time. Prices were reasonable and the service was friendly and attentive.“
“the food is so good/tasty, they have added a bit more selections to the lunch menu in smaller portions from the dinner meals. and they have an excellent affordable happy hour and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this restuarant stop by and enjoy some excellent Italian food.“
“My husband, daughter and I tried dinner here for the first time last night and were not disappointed! The atmosphere was very casual and the service and food were both amazing! We had the bruschetta, carbonara, pollo parm and finished off with a slice of cheesecake! I love that they brought the dessert selection out on a tray so you can see everything that’s available before choosing. The visual of the actual food sometimes sways you and makes all the difference! We will be back for sure and I can’t wait to try something new!“
“I've been watching Proof for a few weeks now and decided to give them a go for lunch. Kudos to their website and online food photos that look delicious enough to, well, eat! Anyway, I visited Proof at Philip's Plaza in Tucson for a late lunch at around 2 pm. The food: I tried the cheesy bread and the Polynesian Pie. First, the pizza. The pizza is about a 12-inch round and perfect for one person. You can tell this is an artisan pizza by the quality of the pizza crust and the freshness of the toppings. This crust is the perfect delivery vehicle for the toppings: soft, airy, and subdued, which allows the flavor of the toppings to shine. The pineapple, jalapeños, and cheese were fresh, tasty, and delicious. There was also prosciutto on the pizza, but the flavor of this ingredient was oddly absent. Still a great pizza, but I would like more prosciutto flavor. The cheesy bread was also good and had a nice garlic, cheesy flavor. I don't prefer the choice of crusty bread for this appetizer as having to gnaw my way through the bread detracted from enjoying the appetizer and getting to the cheese. Using a softer bread would have been better, in my opinion. Still good, though. The ambiance: Understated decor with both inside and outside seating. I sat outside in the covered seating area. There was a real New Orleans vibe going on because of the blues music playing. It rather took me back to NOLA. Great food in a relaxed, chill atmosphere. It looks like they do karaoke there, too. The service: Spot on, friendly, and attentive. You can tell the staff pays attention to the details and to their customers. So, overall, I very much recommend Proof to people who enjoy great pizza in a good environment. I would have given a 5-star review if the cheesy bread had been better, but that's my thing - I'm sure others like it as it is. Go there, relax, and absorb the scene of a great place.“
“This place has an incredibly friendly staff and a warm, welcoming establishment. Everyone here always takes good care of you and makes sure all needs are met. BZs is a fantastic and friendly local establishment that you should definitely check out if given the chance!“
“Tucked into a shopping plaza, Jimmy’s is literally a hidden gem when it comes to finding the best pizza in the Tucson area..Incredibly saucy sauce and tender crust, our two pizzas (a vegetarian called “Tree Hugger” and a pepperoni and black olive) were loaded with cheese and toppings. They were exceptional! Jimmy’s pizza is served piping hot by a very pleasant staff. The price was very reasonable: $68 for two medium pizzas, four soft drinks and a generous tip. We eat a lot of pizza on our travels and we have finally found the best!“
“5 stars aren’t enough! The best pizza place in all of Tucson (best quality if you dine in) staff members are incredibly accommodating and friendly. We have lived here for 3 years and this is my all time favorite restaurant now!!! Pizza and garlic bread are so delicious!“
“My wife and I enjoyed our Sunday lunch but later she became ill, likely from her pre diabetic condition. We also made a forthcoming reservation for 8 but may decide to cancel as a precaution against repeating with that ongoing issue; we'll see if a change in menu items might avoid the problem.“
“Our go to when no one feels like cooking. Good fresh food, love the lasagna. Quick service. Super friendly staff and good management. Always clean eventhough it is busy. Great for families with affordable prices. Neighborhood favorite for us. Wish they had vegetarian lasagna also for a “
“I've been late with posting quite a few reviews but a few months ago, I had requested a large pepperoni pizza to be freshly for me and my girlfriend where we could eat at the food court and take the rest to go. We were accurately quoted a pick up time so we could still shop while waiting and the pizza was fresh and delicious upon our return. There were napkins and plates, crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese all neatly stocked as well. I am really happy to see Sbarro at this mall's food court! Great staff, clean layout and workspace, and surprisingly excellent quality since I remember back in the 90's!“
“Always good food and good service. Surprisingly busy on a Tuesday night so it was a bit noisy indeed the area where we were seated. The house salad was fresh and flavorful. They used to have a delicious seafood risotto but that is no longer on the menu. Our friend had the seafood linguine and pronounced it delicious. Unfortunately they were out of the local ipa so our beer drinkers were disappointed.“
“The food (chicken Parmesan) was fantastic, highly recommend it. The service was a little slow and they kinda stashed us away in the front room where no one else was seated so I think they just kept forgetting us. They were pretty busy though so can't say they just ignored us. The food made up for any feeling of “
“After trying this restaurant the first time we visited Tucson two years ago we wanted to enjoy a dinner there tonight. Sadly it was not to be. We were given bread and water and sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, it never happened and we left and found another place to dine. We'll find another Italian restaurant to dine at in the future.“
“i feel like their quality has gone down. i always order the alfredo. but anymore. it feels like it lacks flavor. like theyre not using quality ingredients anymore. its still very good. but nowhere what it used to be. they also way over charge for the taste.“
“I went in today for Pi day, and I have to say.. The service was top tier for such a busy day!! Special shoutout to José and Bailey (I'm so sorry if I spelled your names wrong!!) for being so patient with a verbally aggressive customer. You two make all the difference in customer service. Anyone expecting little to no wait for a very afffordable pizza on the day of circles is absolutely bonkers. The wait was 100% worth it! ❤️ Thank you everyone working today, 03/14, for your kindness.“
“I was craving lasagna all week long stopped in with a couple of friends ordered my own plate. It was a little too much for me. I should’ve shared that with my companion, but it was amazing. Very popular restaurant cold cold beer. I will be returning over and over try it out, you will not be disappointed.I normally take pictures, but it looks so yummy. I dove straight into my plate without stopping. Lol.“
“We enjoy Sauce and frequent many locations in Tucson. Same dishes ordered may vary depending on location. Service also varies. Sometimes our order is served wrong and sometimes staff isn't attentive when we order. We love the organic roasted veggie salad and dairy free cheese pizza. All their wines are from CA so not an option due to high levels of glyphosate(weed killer) in conventional CA wines.“
“The food is the best in Tucson hands down I'm from New York City and know good Italian and this joint is it I would give a 5 star but the bar maid skimps on your 20$ cocktail I asked for a double and could barely taste any liquor so I asked and she swore it was a over pour of 4 shots and would not fix it“
“You will be greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. The food is magnificent and priced right. The service the last few times was impeccable but tonight was not up to their usual par. Monday 03/11/24, it seemed they had no one bussing tables and this kept the servers and other personnel that were supposed to be helping customers, bussing tables. This showed our service and I'm sure many other customers. This may have been a one time staff shortage or some sort of problem as such and will not prevent me from returning because the previous visits have been so delightful. I hope it was just a bump in the road of their usual great food and service. Thank you, Frank Marziotti.“
“Stopped by on a whim. It was super convenient… saw some of the reviews and wasn’t expecting much… but it was really good! Great flavor and not too much sauce… the meatballs were very good…the garlic bread was just right! Three of us ate the mezzano size and still had spaghetti left over. We will definitely be coming back!!!“
“The most awesome pizza here- CRISPY?!This is from the outside just your average looking kind of older bar with a couple of pool tables and some other tables to sit at while you eat. Atmosphere nothing out of the ordinary or super special. Service was great no problem with that. But this is a place where they get the bottom of the pizza absolutely crispy! I didn't know I liked Pizza that much until I ate here a few weeks ago.I'm sure there's other commercial restaurants that can do this but I don't know of any. If anyone has a suggestion let me know where else can I get pizza that is totally crispy on the bottom?Thank you, enjoy. :-)??“
“We had reservations for the speakeasy in the back. "The Still." I guess you would call our hosts "Mixologists". We sipped on a flight of boubon and drank drinks off their menu. I forget the name of the drink, but they have a mimosa that you'll never forget. It's not called a mimosa, though. I suck at names, so I can't tell you who they were, but they were amazing. I now know more about alcoholic beverages than I ever thought I wanted to know. It was an awesome experience, and I can't wait to go back.“
“So many aspects of the experience were outstanding: ambience, space, and talented wait staff. However on this visit I wonder if North was short staffed. Our waiter seemed over stretched. Gracious but not able to be present in a timely manner. The wait time for dessert was surprising. As my group was having fun it was not the end of the world, but In the end the dessert itself (Budino) was not worth waiting for. Overly sweet to the point of being unpleasant. I will return but hope for a better overall experience next time.“
“Came here for a late lunch with my family. The host and employees were very friendly. Our server was simply the best. Very patient with us. Check on us frequently. Took our concern for my nephew allergies seriously. Had a specific employee bring his plate out. Establishment was very clean and maintained.Parking: This establishment is inside a shopping center. Free parking every where.Kid-friendliness: High chairs. Kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to access establishment. Tables high enough for the wheel chair. One large restroom for wheel chair access.“
