“We had my grandmother’s 101 birthday dinner here Friday the 15 . There was 11 of us and it was wonderful. Food was delicious, atmosphere was quiet enough for her to be comfortable but what made it memorable was the waiter. The gentleman who waited on us ( brown hair ) was extremely knowledgeable kind patient and attentive. I am only sorry I can remember his name but hope that whoever reads this can use the details and figure it out and give him the recognition he deserves. Fried chicken and short ribs highly recommended“

Great portions (I couldn't finish my huevos) and both of us were saying we want to come back & try other items. The service was fine - I definitely felt like if you were from the neighborhood you were recognized & chatted up, but by no means was our server not perfectly fine... appropriately friendly & attentive, drinks & refills arrived promptly, she checked on us mid-meal, the bill came promptly. Zero complaints on service but hands in the air on that food! We'll definitely return to try out more of the menu!“

“We just came in with a large group and sat at a firepit. We were told to leave after a few min due to a large group reservation in an hour. We talked to the manager who told us we could stay for an hour until the reservation showed. Our table was ready after about 30 min. We were stuck in the back of a private area where 2 people didn’t receive their food until half way through and one person waited for a condiment for the entire meal. Another person got her drink order filled at the very end of the dinner. Before we left they seated 2 other tables extremely close to us when many many other tables were available! During a pandemic! Horrible experience from a usually very enjoyable place. Poorly poorly managed!“

I didn’t see a single time that the wait and floor staff left the area without seeking eye contact from other diners. Then ….. the kitchen. “Had a nice group dinner here. We were a table of 12 and were told we could not make a reservation so we stopped in at 6 o’clock and put our name in. 55 minutes later our table was ready. The server was very friendly and got all our orders right. The food was decent, what I would expect from a Cheesecake Factory! Idk anything about restaurants but I’d recommend allowing reservation’s for over 6 people 😊“
