I judge Mexican restaurants by the cheese enchiladas and Chinese restaurants by the Hot and Sour soup. I was taught to make excellent Hot and Sour soup by a Chinese woman who used to own a restaurant, so even with great restaurants, after the order arrives, I end up doctoring the soup. The food is very magnificent. I'm very picky when it comes to Chinese food. And I highly you give this place a try. I got the Singapore noodles with pork and shrimp and side order of ribs.
I am not a Chinese food eater but after I tried the sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken i was hooked also the crab puffs AWESOME!!!
