Burger King in Phoenix

“My family and I stopped here for dinner a few nights back because the kids love BK. So, we placed our order in the drive thru fairly quickly with good customer service from the employee. Once we pulled to the window, we still got the same good customer service from each employee handing us our food. The food was fresh and quite delicious which to be honest isn't always the case with BK. However, once we got home, I noticed that they completely missed my wife's whopper that she ordered. So, I drove back myself and informed them of the mistake that was made but they quickly made a fresh one and apologized for the mistake. I can't say how the atmosphere is as it was just a drive thru order and on top of that the lobby was empty once I went back to get the whopper. Overall, I enjoyed the meal we had from BK and will more than likely come back to this location again.“

“I love this place so much that I pop in just about every day either for lunch or dinner and it just doesn't get old and I get the same thing just about Everytime I visit because they offer good food at good prices and also have killer deals. They're very kind friendly and their commercials are true, when you're there, you rule, you're king and it just makes for such a pleasant, enjoyable dining experience when you rule. You can have things the way you like and you don't have to just accept something if you don't choose to. The staff is very accomodating and customer service is the order of the day. Good food, good deals, good place to go, especially when you want to be treated like a king“

“The food cheeseburger, fries, chicken sandwich and even the ketchup tasted wonderful.
I wanted to eat more but had to leave. It's a very clean restaraunt that smells like it should food with happy people working qiickly.
I ate the food fast because it was so delicious not even the crumbs escaped my mouth.“

“It is totally way out of my norm to complement the manager and his staff, I mean after all, its fast food. But after I was done eating, this is exactly what I did and told him to keep it up whatever they are doing and that this was the best BK I've eaten at in many years. “i usually only hit up BK as a last resort but my experience at this location has changed my whole perception of the restaurant. i can’t speak for everyone, but at this BK when i was helped by Lamar, one of the managers, my entire mood was turned around. he’s personable and definitely gave us the best experience i’ve had in the short few minutes at a drive-thru. also, he has a dope belt buckle. if anyone has to go to BK go to this one and hope he’s your guy!“

“After trying two other Burger Kings to get a special meal request for our child ( the other two had only one person working and the wait was over 40 minutes) We tried one more location, not wanting to break our kiddo's heart. We are SO glad we did. Very fast, just to order and perfect. Saved the day. Avoid the Locations on 13th and Bell and 32nd and Cactus. This is the true winner.“

“Super easy access to this ?? restaurant on 16th St. and Thomas Rd. Also, it's a block away from the I-17 fwy. Fast service when ordering and no issues (so far) with our meals. Parking ?️ is no issue. There are too many homeless people around the area, but just mind your business, and it'll be fine.“

“Sierra is the most sweetest and patient Worker ever She didn’t make me feel rushed. I asked her if she’s always at this location because I’ve never seen her and she told me no she’s just working here for the day. She should be working here all the time. Great customer service.“

“I entered the drive through at 11:46am and left the drive through at 11:50am. I asked for hot and fresh food. My food came popping hot and fresh without any rude attention from staff. “By far the best thing to come to Southern and 24th. Over the years, the food has been consistently hot, fresh, and always tasty. I can not have cheese, every time I ask for no cheese there has never been a mistake. At other places, I have to open the sandwiches to make sure- but at this BK I know they always get it right!
There are several employees who have been working here for many years and it’s super appreciated to have familiar faces there who are respectful and nice every time I go. Management clearly is doing something right here to keep the employees for so long and the employees obviously enjoy what they do. Thank you for being a part of my families lives! You have saved us from having to cook many meals over the years!

“Burger King don't follow Micky Dees into the fiery end , I've always liked you better two main reasons fast quick and friendly , but more important fair pricing on your food , with the way the economy is ,think about the blue collar worker stopping for lunch , you already taste better , if pricing was fair you'd pull through this rough stretch“

The Drive-Thru customer service person was so professional, prompt, kind and accommodating! He made sure that I received an Impossible Burger—well done, with pickles and onions only.

He offered such a high level of customer service, and all with a smile! The burger and fries were made to perfection!

Bravo to the kitchen staff, as well!

“Don't forget to swing by to get kids meals. Half price between the times of 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.. this is great. During times of hardship for many families. The food was great, fresh, well prepared. The service was good. I won't say it's a five-star restaurant. As we all know fast food restaurants are not. However, the condiments were decent. They did not get any part of our orders wrong or forget any items, so that is a positive. Obviously prices are a little bit higher but look in your mailers for some great coupons and specials. It's an awesome location. They aren't usually very busy and the food tastes great. No tummy issues afterwards so for me that was a positive.“

“Johnna (Manager) went out of her way to fix an order that was messed up. She explained to me that they had some new staff members, so there were some orders that were off. I just really appreciated her attitude, but also her willingness to fix the problem. That’s what a good employee and staff member does, so I hope this company sees her value and promotes her. You have driven for 8 hours straight from California and then go to Jack in the Box on 32nd st & Washington. You encounter a worker over the loud speaker that proceeds to tell you “how to order” and says the craziest things to a customer and-, let me just stop there.
We decided to take our business elsewhere and we encountered a respecful young voice over the intercom, welcoming us to their drive thru and asked us to wait for just a moment while he assisted another customer.

“Atmosphere has improved and team members approach unwanted/Loitering guests in a positive manner making it much more inviting. Cleanliness needs a bit more improvement but I understand that Staff are considering all aspects of the upkeep when they're available.“
