“Enjoyed my lunch today and I had an excellent sandwich! I’d like to share that Edna the Manager I believe displayed excellent customer service skills as another customer came in and was extremely hot and possibly dehydrated. Her empathy and compassion for this person was exceptional as she asked the right questions and took steps to get an emergency crew there to make sure this person was safe. It’s refreshing to see people really car and take the extra measures to be kind and helpful!
I will visit and eat at this location again!“
“I don’t know how this guy is so fast at making sandwiches… it is insane that I actually thought this was standard, but then I went to a JJ’s in Dessert Ridge I had to wait for 5min for my sandwich which is 20x longer than this place. It is not out of the ordinary to order and then have your sandwich handed to you“
“I went to the drive-through to order my sub. I asked for a cup of water. The cashier gave me a small little clear cup. I asked her if I could get a real cup of water. She said this is what they are giving out of water. She said if I wanted a cup, I would have to pay. I’ve never had to pay for a cup of water in my entire life especially this being Arizona and it being 116° today I’m very disappointed to find out we have to pay for a real cup of water. Especially seeing I made a purchase. I could see if I was just walking in and asking for a cup of water. I spent $ 13.00.“
“Love the food, hate that I am expected to tip at a fast food restaurant. Would prefer that is taken off the options! Or pay your staff a service based wage and do not expect your customers to tip on a 20.00 dollar sandwich that there is no service provided.“
“Antonio made our food so delicious, and the store was spotless. He was so kind and made our visit so comfortable. The ambiance was nice for dining in without any disturbance. All the instructions were followed, I ordered a toasted chicken & bacon ranch with no bacon, but I was worried they might miss that as I had a previous experience. He made it so perfectly. I had a bad experience with jimmy john's twice in chicago, but I gave it a try again today, and to my suprise, I had a very good experience. I'll be going again for good food.“

“I ordered my sandwich using the app and I should have just ordered at the counter. People who ordered at the counter were in and out before me. I had a reward for a sandwich that didn't show under the rewards tab so I ordered normally and then the reward showed on the home page after I paid. I guess I missed out on that. Anyway, I get my sandwich and get back to work to eat and they didn't add my mods from my order. Food was fine. Just wasn't the way I ordered it.“
“My office orders from here regularly and I finally decided to try a sandwich last week. It was really yummy! Our to-go orders have always been prepared and ready for pickup at the time as they were requested and drinks are made at pickup. Staff is always polite and welcoming. We have never had an issue and will keep coming back.“
“We always get the #9 Italian, one no tomatoes and one no onions; both no Mayo. The bread quite often seems dry and stale, and the lettuce is cut to thin. I'm not a fan of Jimmy John's, but my wife is, so that's why we go there.“

About an hour before my desired delivery time, I got a call directly from Jimmy John's letting me know that, unfortunately, they did not have a delivery person that day. (It was a Sunday.) While this was frustrating, I know that so many places are understaffed, and I really did appreciate the fact that the store called me directly - and with enough time to figure out another way to get the food. A friend ended up picking it up for me and everything worked out. I did want to leave a positive review because it would have been easy, especially since the order had been placed through DoorDash, for Jimmy John's to just ignore the problem or assume that DoorDash would let me know.“
“I placed a catering order online two days before I needed it, and everything went perfectly! It was ready for pickup exactly when I had requested, and everything was packed correctly. This was lunch for our wedding party on the day of our wedding, and because everything went so smoothly, it was one less thing I had to think or worry about. “I usually don’t review more casual restaurants, but I felt it to be worthwhile to note that the staff has always been excellent here in the little over 2 years that this location has been open.The last time I went there on Friday, I had placed a mobile order rather late (like a minute before I pulled up). Once I got to the window, the level of customer service I received baffled me. I was told in the absolute nicest way that the order was just printed up on their side and it would be a little bit before it would be done. Lol. It took like 30 seconds. I was thanked, and sent on my way.Honestly, the guys there were so nice that I felt like I had something in my teeth or something, but I didn’t! Maybe I can't explain how genuine and nice these guys were, but I drove off a little and said to my wife, no, I need to go in and say something, so I got my lazy self out of the car, walked in, and gave the gentleman a tip because I was just so impressed. I haven’t had service at this level in a casual establishment since pre COVID and it was a breath of fresh air. I have been going to this JJ’s since it opened and will continue to do so!(The team was 2 younger men, a taller black man who made this delicious treasure, and a thinner looking white male. Sorry I didn’t get names I just hope they get some kind of recognition)
