“I ordered my sandwich using the app and I should have just ordered at the counter. People who ordered at the counter were in and out before me. I had a reward for a sandwich that didn't show under the rewards tab so I ordered normally and then the reward showed on the home page after I paid. I guess I missed out on that. Anyway, I get my sandwich and get back to work to eat and they didn't add my mods from my order. Food was fine. Just wasn't the way I ordered it.“
“Antonio made our food so delicious, and the store was spotless. He was so kind and made our visit so comfortable. The ambiance was nice for dining in without any disturbance. All the instructions were followed, I ordered a toasted chicken & bacon ranch with no bacon, but I was worried they might miss that as I had a previous experience. He made it so perfectly. I had a bad experience with jimmy john's twice in chicago, but I gave it a try again today, and to my suprise, I had a very good experience. I'll be going again for good food.“

My boyfriend loves the jimmy peppers and the kind gentleman at the register told us that you can actually buy a whole jar of them for $17 plus tax which we did not know you could do. They need to expand their delivery zones some.
When I lived around 20th Street and Bell road, there were two stores close by, on at 32nd street and Bell (about 2 miles away) and one at 7th Street and Bell (also 2 miles away).
The store on 7th Street would not go past 16th street!
The one on 32nd Street would not go past Cave Creek Road (24th Street)
I was only half a mile further and always ordered $50 or more worth of food!
They wouldn't budge!

And I asked a very important question (to a pregnant woman) I asked about a specific sandwich and asked if he could heat the meat up as I had been craving it for a while now. He went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I did hesitate to have him make it as I didn’t want to cause any trouble if it would be an inconvenience for him and the staff. He insisted that he had a way of figuring it out. With a smile he assured me it was no problem at all. I know it’s a simple question but for us pregnant women who can’t have cold lunch meat for health reasons. This made my day. Thank you Alyx we will definitely be coming back to this spot“

One example is today we received a delivery missing an item that was left behind and Tyler immediately came back to deliver everything we needed with no hesitation and great attitude!
