Jimmy John's offers great sandwiches with excellent customer service. The manager went above and beyond to rectify a previous order issue. Despite a noisy environment and dry food, the employees are friendly and helpful. Customers appreciate the phenomenal service and interaction. However, some concerns were raised regarding understaffing during peak hours, leaving one hardworking employee to handle all tasks. Despite this, the employee's positive attitude and hard work were noted, with hopes that the franchise owner will address the issue.
The man taking the order was rude, huffing and puffing, and did not provide the drink cups. The employee making the food was nice. The order was incorrect with several items missing. The Beach Club sandwich was constantly delicious, but the menu description did not fully match the ingredients. The location is great with easy access to the parking lot. Customers enjoy the email promotions that remind them to visit. The tables were dirty, and better time management is needed, especially in a post-COVID world where hygiene is crucial in a food establishment.
