“We just came in with a large group and sat at a firepit. We were told to leave after a few min due to a large group reservation in an hour. We talked to the manager who told us we could stay for an hour until the reservation showed. Our table was ready after about 30 min. We were stuck in the back of a private area where 2 people didn’t receive their food until half way through and one person waited for a condiment for the entire meal. Another person got her drink order filled at the very end of the dinner. Before we left they seated 2 other tables extremely close to us when many many other tables were available! During a pandemic! Horrible experience from a usually very enjoyable place. Poorly poorly managed!“

“After a few disappointing places this place was a true jem! Oshane had amazing service( seems to be rare these days). Steak was done perfectly, asparagus, potatoes, lobster was amazing. Dessert was amazing! Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so perfect!“

“There's a nice man named "Devin" who works there as a manager. He's very mature, and his hospitality is impressive. Always had a great time with him and the bartenders. Great food, entertainment, and the waitresses are very nice. This is the best place in Phoenix/Scottsdale. No fights, good people, the DJ and waitresses are very nice, and if you want to let loose and relax, this place is by far the best in Arizona. The music, staff, beautiful lights inside, make it a very reputable place to relax, and have a good time.“

“This was probably about my sixth visit. The Gladly has become one of my favorite restaurants! Consistently good food, and service at fair prices. A really fun vibe on a Saturday night!  We were there during Arizona restaurant week and took advantage of the menu offered. Absolutely delicious Burrata and little gem salad, fresh tasty halibut, and the polenta was so scrumptious! The short ribs were lean, flavorful and delicious.  We will be back again soon! “
