“Love love me my Mexican pizza. I was in the drive thru and they forgot my chips and cheese. Came back around and they gave me coupons for free tacos next time. Now that is customer service. It only happen once because they are amazing with customers orders. Love love this restaurant.“

“This place is conveniently located right next to the phoenix arena. It's kind of dirty, but it is downtown and open till really late, so understandable. The food was really good though and it hit the spot. It is super packed but they have to clerks upfront and two kiosks past the entry way so it goes pretty fast.“

“By far the best taco bell I've ever been to. They were clean, organized, and the food was delicious! Crunchy tacos were amazing, Mexican pizza was delicious, the crew did a fabulous job. “The value box, such a great deal. You get a chicken chalupa, a five layer burrito one taco, you also get some chips and some cheese dip with it. Plus a soda for $7 that is so awesome. And I was only able to eat the chalupa and the taco, so I gave my 5 layer burrito and my chips and cheese to some homeless person that was so happy.“

“First of all, every time I go through drive thru its SOOO FASTT! Like holy crap. Food ordered, food paid for, food received all in under 2 minutes. You can listen to the average song and get food before its finished. I order through DoorDash as well, food gets here in 7-10 minutes flat while I live 5 minutes away. “I come here A LOT and the girls that work here are always so sweet, and my food is always so good. But let me tell you; I always order a bean and cheese burrito, it’s my favorite. When I ordered it yesterday, I realized that it tasted different. Looking at the burrito after I took a bite, I saw that they first layered the tortilla with the cheese then put the beans on top. It was so delicious that I kept thinking about it the rest of the day at work. Idk who was the cook on 4/11/2025 at 10AM, but ilysm. Delicious burrito!“

“This is the best Taco Bell location in Phoenix to me: they serve it fast and to order, they know how to work with deliveries and online orders, and they are always pleasant and helpful. It is in a busy spot but the wait is never long. I usually do to-go but eating inside was clean and not too bad. I'm a biased Taco Bell fan, but I like this location and haven't had a bad experience. They also have Baja Blast Zero and have special menu items not seen in other locations. I also enjoy the breakfast items too. A great spot to get a late night craving, an early meal for roadtrips, or a quick meal.

The employee calmly explained the initial order; however, the customer demanded a remake or a refund. The customer exited the premises aggressively, discarding their order and using profanity.

“Taco Bell off of 7th Street and Baseline there's also one on 7th Ave and Southern there's also another one on 24th Street and Baseline I've been to all of them and they all have good service good parking nice restrooms and good dining there take out is pretty fast one thing about Taco Bell is that they don't got greasy food like that they make it fresh whatever you order they got good anywhere from quesadillas to Tacos two burritos and some appetizers and drinks and one thing I want to talk about is that it's great me if you ever looking for something that's kind of Mexican Wise food so if you ever came some food late night and they close at 1:00 a.m. go to Taco Bell“

Amd squched it when trying to put the top on cuz it was HOT. he begged me to not make him try again. Idk if he didn't have coffee cups or not cuz he didn't get one. I was shocked but I just asked for a soda cuz he couldn't try again. 😒🙄 so I don't ask for coffee anymore. .they will ask you to pull around if they are still working on your order longer then a few mins.
