“Love love me my Mexican pizza. I was in the drive thru and they forgot my chips and cheese. Came back around and they gave me coupons for free tacos next time. Now that is customer service. It only happen once because they are amazing with customers orders. Love love this restaurant.“

Vegetarian options: They need to make it so when you take off the cheese and cheese sauce it makes it cheaper and you can substitute for vegetables like cabbage tomatoes lettuce and add more vegetables like bell peppers ... But that's just what I think. :P
Dietary restrictions: Getting a bull is a good option for people who don't want genetically modified corn or pesticide and herbicide high lectin grains in flour tortillas.
Parking: There is no bicycle rack available. You have to either pull your bike into the store or leave it close to the front door so you can watch it while your food is being prepared

“Ok ya'll, sleep on Taco Bell if you want to, but for fast food, it is on pointe lol. Every time. You can get so many healthy options if you customize, but i must digress from here. Now luckily, i always have guacamole & jalapeno on hand at my house, but we absolutely must do something to get the Verde sauce back at this location guys. I know a lot of ya'll are down with the Rojo, but i am a Verde woman thru & thru, so. “You know what is... Fast, greasy, mass produced & highly processed deliciousness! This location may occasionally have wait time issues later in the evening, particularly on weekends but what fast food restaurant won't? It's accessible and cheap!“
“I had an issue with DoorDash and did not get all of my food delivered. I called the Taco Bell restaurant and spoke with Miguel who was awesome. He fulfilled my missing order and had a new Dasher bring my order to my house. Definitely five stars in my book and he followed up with a phone call too. Thank you so much Miguel!“
“By far the best taco bell I've ever been to. They were clean, organized, and the food was delicious! Crunchy tacos were amazing, Mexican pizza was delicious, the crew did a fabulous job. “First of all, every time I go through drive thru its SOOO FASTT! Like holy crap. Food ordered, food paid for, food received all in under 2 minutes. You can listen to the average song and get food before its finished. I order through DoorDash as well, food gets here in 7-10 minutes flat while I live 5 minutes away. These workers clearly work hard and are amazing. I cant recall a time they messed up my order either, while most food places around this area have messed my order up, Taco Bell ALWAYS pulls through. “Got the cantina quesadilla and it was good. My boyfriend had the cheese it crunch wrap he said it was like a giant cheese it but not a lot of flavor. Very bland he won't order it again. “Brand new Taco Bell location. The Cantina Chicken Grilled Burrito was SO GOOD. Cheesy Chicken Empanada, and Nacho Fries. Yum! Everything was hot, delicious, and accurate! Also - diet Baja Blast!!

“This Taco Bell ?? is always clean and has no lines to wait.Customer service is very nice and fast at making your orders. Restrooms ? are also clean and well kept, but only one person at a time can enter. There is plenty of parking ?️ in front and side of the building. The dining area looks very modern, but small compared to other TB ?? restaurants.

“This is the best Taco Bell location in Phoenix to me: they serve it fast and to order, they know how to work with deliveries and online orders, and they are always pleasant and helpful. It is in a busy spot but the wait is never long. I usually do to-go but eating inside was clean and not too bad. I'm a biased Taco Bell fan, but I like this location and haven't had a bad experience. They also have Baja Blast Zero and have special menu items not seen in other locations. I also enjoy the breakfast items too. A great spot to get a late night craving, an early meal for roadtrips, or a quick meal.

“The morning drive thru lady is so personable and genuine. I love seeing her. She is not robotic.. always asks how I'm doing.. great sense of humor.. always knows how to make me smile. “I've eaten here a few times, and the staff is always great – super professional, always get my order right, and the customer service is top-notch. They all seem to work well together, too, no matter when I come in.
I noticed a customer ordered an item, then requested a completely different preparation after order fulfillment. The employee calmly explained the initial order; however, the customer demanded a remake or a refund. The customer exited the premises aggressively, discarding their order and using profanity.
The demands of this industry undoubtedly present challenges for both employees and management; however, your team's performance is exceptional. I will continue to be a loyal customer.“
“I've been going here for YEARS. Luis used to be the manager and he was awesome but clearly the restaurant is in good hands!! Ms. Dena the manager was totally understanding to my "picky" ways (prefer my mexican pizza crispy) and made sure my food was exactly the way I wanted. She also informed me of exactly how to order it from now on to always be satisfied!! Absolute sweetheart! Michael went out of his way to acknowledge and help me and was very kind. Also there was a really sweet pregnant girl that I gotta give major props to for working so hard!! As an employee in the customer service/serving industry i can say im highly impressed. Night shift on Sunday September 8th absolutely kills it, from the ones who are making the food to the ones that are taking and giving out orders.

“Much better than before. I tried to get coffee once here the guy/kid at that time poured it in a plastic cup. Amd squched it when trying to put the top on cuz it was HOT. he begged me to not make him try again. Idk if he didn't have coffee cups or not cuz he didn't get one. I was shocked but I just asked for a soda cuz he couldn't try again. 😒🙄 so I don't ask for coffee anymore. .they will ask you to pull around if they are still working on your order longer then a few mins. The food is usually good.“
“The value box, such a great deal. You get a chicken chalupa, a five layer burrito one taco, you also get some chips and some cheese dip with it. Plus a soda for $7 that is so awesome. And I was only able to eat the chalupa and the taco, so I gave my 5 layer burrito and my chips and cheese to some homeless person that was so happy.“
