“First time visiting YC’s in Tempe. The Food was great with a large selection of veggies and sauce. The employees were very friendly and went above and beyond helping us. The manager was very friendly also and spent some time talking with us about our home state of Alaska. We now live just outside Casa Grande and would love a YC’s Mongolian bbq in Casa Grande area. There is nothing like this in our area.“

Anything you do, do it like you’re lucky to be in a position to do it. The Jade Palace is a jewel.“

“The place was small and empty but we got the chicken fried rice and lo mein. I ate most of the chicken fried rice because that's usually what I get when I go to Chinese restaurants. It was delicious and had a good flavor that was authentic and not bland at all.“

“Food was excellent and the service was friendly. My only suggestion would be to clearly mention that a service fee is automatically added for parties of six or more. At the point of sale, the system asks if you’d like to leave a tip, which could be confusing if customers aren’t aware a service fee has already been included.

Transparency with customers is important. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely come back.“

“This was perhaps the worst dining experience we have had. While the food was great (PF Chang's has wonderful food), the service was wonderfully poor; in fact the worst service we have ever experienced. The server was rude, short, inattentive, and seemingly avoided us for extended periods of time. Additionally, she also up sold us on noodles (vs the rice) without disclosing there was in fact an additional charge ($3.00 / order) for it. At the end of our meal, we asked the "host" for a manager as we were wanting to share our experience/s with her. After about 15 mins of waiting for a manager (not an exaggeration), I rang the host (waved to the host from our table while speaking to her) and for the second time, asked for a manager. Once again, no manager appeared. Our whole table of 7 left, and I went to the host and said if a manager is not here in 2 mins, I was walking away and NOT paying our bill. Curiously enough, the manager showed and was also rather unpleasant. I shared my experiences with her, and then a lady who was sitting next to us came over and confirmed our experience; pretty telling for a stranger to join in. The manager kind of listened then left to "see what they could do" and returned with an apology for how she handled herself, and proceeded to discounted our bill, then abruptly walked away. An observation. We have dined at numerous PF Chang's and found this one to be particularly empty for a 6-7pm time window. I can only suggest this is likely tied to the horrendous service demonstrated by the server and the manager...leadership comes from the top and clearly service is NOT a priority at this location. This was not about the money at all, though it was a nice gesture by the manager. It was all about how awful the service, and our experience, was. There is another location near Old Town and this is where we will dine the next time we head to PF Chang's.“

“I really enjoyed dinner at P. F. Chang's - The Waterfront. The egg drop soup, sesame chicken with noodles, and lemon drop martini were delicious. I felt the prices were very affordable, and the $8.99 special cocktail menu was a nice surprise.“

“Had spring rolls and Mongolian beef. The spring rolls were, simply put, awesome. They are generously sized, packed full of filling, and have a very tasty sauce to accompany them.

The Mongolian beef wasn't really Mongolian beef. No spring onion, curious lack of sauce in a dish known for the sauce, and overall the dish had a slightly vinegary taste.“

“We ordered for the first time and loved everything! Their soup dumplings, hot and sour soup, and everything else we ordered was wonderful. We’ve had such a hard time finding good Chinese food since moving here from Seattle five years ago. We’ve are thrilled, we just wish they had a restaurant where we live in Queen Creek!
Their service was exceptional, everyone was helpful and kind. They certainly have a busy take out business as well. There were numerous people picking up their dinner for take out while we were there.

“When we order takeout from Red House, they always go over it to make sure it's complete and specific requests are followed. Food is always delicious and fulfilling, and service is like best friends!“

“We got the perfect combination of chicken chow fun noodles along with two wonderful entrées—sesame chicken and General Tso’s. Everything was delicious, and the portions were perfect for feeding all three of us. The restaurant was very clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly. Double thumbs up to the cook for making it all happen!“

“We tried Chef J’s again because we saw that they had a grand reopening and had changed to a Dim Sum and Hot Pot restaurant. We were excited to try the menu because we’ve always wanted to try the dumplings and boa buns but never could decide on what to commit. This change allowed us to sample a lot of things we wouldn’t normally get and the staff was very attentive. It’s a little confusing, but essentially the menu shows a lunch price and a dinner price but you can do a the All You Can Eat, or you can order separately, as well as specialties or chefs entrees (which specialties and chefs entrees are not included in AYCE). But there were so many options to try, and that was a lot of fun to do as a family.

If you want to do hot pot, just make sure to mention that up front as they will seat you in a different are to enjoy that. If you’ve been here before, we recommend you give it another go for this different dining experience for lunch or dinner.“

“Walked in was welcomed immediately which was nice and they had a nice smile on their face then I said what I wanted and they go it done for me in litterly 30 seconds if not a minute which I suppose is easier when no one else is trying to get food but it’s was just the fact that they where putting a lot of effort that I liked.
