“I ordered an order for pickup. I went to the location and grabbed my order and forgot the drink. I didn't have time to go back since my lunch was already over. I called them and they said they'd bring it to me. Lawrence brought it shortly after the call even though they didn't have to do that. It was my error, but they went out of their way to make it right. 5 stars for Jimmy Johns!“

“Use to recommend this restaurant all the time because of consistently being able to get fresh actual HOT fries but new crew and management, no more actual HOT fries. Luke warm at best“

“By far my favorite location. The employees are always so nice and efficient. I only ever use the drive through and they get you in and out in 5-10 minutes. Obviously if they’re busy it may be a tad longer, but I’ve never had any issues here. 10/10 would recommend.“
