“charming atmosphere with decor. The bartender there seemed stressed, was incredibly rude and impatient. We had never been there and wasn't sure what the bartender could do yet, when asked she said she can make anything. However she did not have the ingredients needed for a drink. she did not want to stick around one minute for my guest to look at the liquor on the shelf. We were rushed by the bartender "I have other tables to serve so it needs to be quick". We heard such good things about the food so decided to stay despite the bartenders poor, table side manners. Todays special was Mexican food. Chips and salsa were served. The chips were okay. Seemed grocery store and cheap round, basic. Salsa was well seasoned; watery. Chile relleno was mediocre was stuffed with panela cheese. This cheese is low in acid which prevents melting. Authentic relleno is expected to be melty and have that "cheese pull". Relleno was served with rice and beans. Rice was the best thing on the plate. When asked how it was I mentioned it was interesting letting her know I've never had Panela cheese in relleno. The server had no idea what I meant, she should really know her menu! She tried correcting me saying the chef is from Mexico. Doesn't matter! We didn't need to know where the cook was from. Myself and my guest were kind of what shocked at her response. We're also Latin..... Either way, The bartender ignored us until I called her for the check and took forever to pick up the bill. I had to hold it in the air for her to acknowledge. I would have tipped her but her poor attitude from the moment we sat got in the way. Will not return, Filibertos has better service and choke relleno, sadly.“

“I am normally not one to write reviews, however, I feel you may be interested in this feedback. Let me start by saying your food is amazing and the wings are the best I've ever had (and I've had wings everywhere). My wife and I visit the Surprise, Az. location once a week (sometimes twice) and we only sit at the bar. Our bartender's typically are Tiffany Miles, another Tiffany, and Robert. They are fantastic, customer service is impeccable and Tiffany Miles makes a legit White Russian. We love this location and their staff. Recently, they have introduced a 6pm chant that is a little annoying and distracting. As I'm sure this is a corporate decision, this particular location is basically in the retirement community of Sun City and we like our peace and quiet time. Now that our kids are grown, we stopped going to the Texas Roadhouse next door, because of their busy, annoying atmosphere. Stick to what you all do well: Great food, tremendous value, exemplary service, and a relaxing bar. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a low rating is because of the ridiculous 6pm nonsense! OY, OY, OY!!! (See how annoying that is).“

“The food was amazing. I was taken aback by a $15 price tag for the garlic bread, but it was worth the price. Our table was still talking about it even after the rest of the amazing food. The entree prices were very reasonable, most of them $21-$29 each. I ordered the baked canneloni and it was so good. Someone ordered a pizza and loved it, too. I know it's conceited to say--but many times I eat at a restaurant thinking my own cooking is just as good. Not at The Sicilian Butcher--I couldn't begin to replicate the delicious food we ate.“

“The food & service was excellent! My husband had The Glendale Burger & his choice was a side salad. He said it was excellent & really liked the pickles they put on it. I had the Fish Fry with Cole Slaw & Cajun French Fries. Loved the flavor of the slaw. The Cajun fries reminded me of the restaurant we used to go to in Louisiana. Portions are great. I highly recommend to stop & eat or try their bar.“

“Food quality has gone down hill. My salad had to be taken back, it looked more than a day old. The replacement was a little better but not by much. Ordered the mussels to start off which I ended up giving back. Grossly over cooked and the sauce they were in was not any sauce I've had there before. My Filet was cooked perfect! The lobster tail was good but don't think the clarified butter was the real deal. Baked potato had been rewarmed don't know how many times, you can tell a fresh baked, and mine was not. I've been to many a Red Lobster before and what I'm seeing and with other restaurants as well, is poorly made food yet the prices keep climbing. We the customers keep these restaurants open and we're being treated as if our taste buds have been taken away. And that we'll continue to accept bad food being served. Maybe if we stop going they'll get the message.“

“Decided to take mom to Red Lobster in Suprise.She ordered the grilled trout which she loved. My husband 's meal was a new York strip cooked to perfection. I had the salmon new Orleans which was also very good. The waitress was very kind and brought mom an ice cream desert and everyone helped sing happy birthday. My mom was smiling from ear to ear. “My husband is a picky eater and drinker, but we can always count on the food to be delicious and the service to be both friendly and competent. Tonight, my husband ordered a beer that they need to replace and they had issues getting the new keg open and they brought him a small sample of something similar, then when it took longer than expected they brought a slightly larger size, and when it became apparent they wouldn’t be able to get the beer he wanted open, he ordered a replacement of the sample in a larger size. The attentive service and kind gestures went a long way to making our evening more special because they could have just as easily said they were out and asked for his back up choice from the start. Well earned 5 stars. Our waitress, Ernestine, was a delight and the manager (?) or gentleman in the white collared shirt, Dom, was also very attentive.“

Personally though it has good texture, just the right amount of cheese, not overly saucy and the price was comparable to other's. The only thing that through me of was that it's in a liquor store which is not my scene. But the pizza was really good especially for a regular pepperoni pizza.“

From the moment we were seated, Dez was friendly, attentive, and professional. “I have been there all this week. Because that BrewBox OG latte is like crack. It is sooo good. I had been to this place a few months ago, and the latte I ordered didn’t impress me much. I am so glad I gave them another chance. The OG latte is perfectly balanced and that cold foam with the cinnamon is so so delicious. I don’t even like diary and I can’t stop drinking it. The latte is bold with the coffee taste and the flavors also come through. The other day, I did an avocado toast. It was average. I did like the honey drizzle and the toppings. I would like to see more egg on the toast and really avocado being used rather than a spread. For the price of the toast, I was not expecting a prepackaged spread.“
