“There were 18-20 of us who called for seating. Not only were we accommodated, but truly welcomed approximately 1 hour later. Our server, Josh, went out of his way to make sure our first visit was outstanding. The food was delicious, served in timely fashion and plentiful. Thank you Josh & staff for such a great experience. We highly recommend Rio Mirage in Surprise, AZ.“

“As always, Don Rubens never disappoints. The service is exceptional, starting with the manager. He is always on the floor and his present to support his staff and check on every guest in the restaurant. The servers follow his lead and provide professional and caring service. The food is high-quality, served warm, hot, or cold, depending on which menu item is ordered. Every guest that leaves the restaurant is happy and never disappointed. I highly recommend the restaurant but would love to keep it a secret so that I can always walk in and enjoy my experience. I would provide a higher rating if more than five stars were available.“

“Ok, the food is amazing. We have only done pickup/delivery so not sure about how it is to dine in. I will say about half the time we get the wrong order in the bag, but on God it is always delicious, and it's great value for your money so no complaints“

“I was so excited to return yesterday since it had been a few mos- the food was delicious as always, but the paid for rice and beans were forgotten in my pick up order :( I always spread them on my mulita so it just wasn’t the same… I should have checked the bag… but I was the only customer and staff seemed confident. “The amount of menu options seem endless. I finally landed on the Surf & Turf Burrito and it was good. The Pepino agua fresca was also good. Easy access with plenty of parking. It was an easy swing in and eat kind of place which is nice if you’re on a time crunch. The gal taking my order was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back again to try other options.“

“You order your food as you go through a line and are served by staff on the other side of the counter (like a cafe). It's not quite a buffet experience, but it does give you a bit of an interactive feel. The food is good and not expensive. Atmosphere is appropriate but not fancy.“

“We go once a week and order the same thing every week. The only change is that sometimes we get breakfast burritos instead of Arizona burritos on the rare occasions that I go in the morning. The price has gone up, but the quantity has gone down. There is less meat and goodies now. The flavor is still great, though. I just wish they were consistent.“

“First time at this location, friend said her family eats there alot. Then saw a big group of Firefighters leaving with orders, that's a good sign of good food. Had the Breakfast Burrito it was hot & delicious, enjoyed the marinated onions, whole jalapenos with carrots, salsas & radishes too. Thanks to the professional & kind staff that got my order ready quickly. I highly recommend this location.“

“I just went to buy tacos for taco Tuesday and I was pleasantly surprised at how much meat was in my tacos. Sometimes places put less meat on discount days, but not here....so meaty. Highly recommend this location, Bell & Reems. 2 thumbs up!“

“Steve is truly a gem. He worked so carefully on my food and was incredibly intentional. I really appreciate that! I do echo other commenters saying that it would be nice if the cilantro was cut smaller. Overall though, my food was tasty and the joyful customer service provided by Steve really made this visit a stand out for me!“
