Starbucks in Surprise

“Nice small Starbucks inside the Safeway. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. Its a nice spot to grab a coffee on the go or when you are shopping.

Parking: It's inside the Safeway so no problem with parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very open“

“You always know what to expect in the quality and consistency with Starbucks drinks. If it's not how you like it, they'll remake it. At this location, the people are nice and friendly... almost like Dutch Bros. They have a drive-thru as well as sit-in. Nice location.“

“This is a great location in Waddell in a sort of country setting. The atmosphere is really great with plenty of seating and the baristas work really hard to give great customer service. Of special note is Hannah who always makes my drinks to perfection all with a smile and diligence. Given how many thousands of Starbucks there are in the US and worldwide, this location standing out really says something.“

“I always enjoy the service and atmosphere of this Starbucks. I always tease my wife that instead of working at home, I'll just set my office in there! Our favorite is grabbing the Caramel Frappuchino and always asking for extra shots because we have kids, and we really could use the caffeine boost! Always appreciate the fast service and attention to details when we make our order, which brings in the whole experience to an easy five-star. The food is not my favorite, but that's not what I come here to enjoy!“

This is my favorite Starbucks location — and lucky for me, it’s the closest one too! The team is always friendly, quick, and welcoming, even when I haven’t had my caffeine yet 😅

They make my drink perfectly every single time: a white mocha with cinnamon dolce. At this point, it feels like they know my order better than I do. It’s that good and always consistent.

“Similar to my other Starbucks reviews, I find no exception with this location. I got a great drink fair. That was consistent with the other beverages I've ordered from them in the past. I enjoy their coffee drinks and their frappuccinos and would get them again. I've also had their oatmeal on several occasions and enjoyed it. If you're looking for a quick snack or a coffee beverage, then this is a great choice for you. If you're in the mood for something cold, try their Java chip frappuccino. It's a treat and I think you'd like it.“

“I am usually here if I am with a friend who loves Starbucks coffee or I have a business meeting because of the location.
One thing I do like is the service.

Over the years, I have seen several different teams of staff, but this one works well together. Every counter service staff member is very friendly, sharp, helpful, and patient. (Majority of customers are over the age of 60). When they are not busy they will sometimes bring your drink to you!

If you are sensitive to cold temperatures, bring a light sweater. Their AC kicks on and makes me shiver.

There are a few outdoor tables, nothing special, and could use an upgrade.
I dont do drive throughs, but this one is never a long wait when I am there (usually afternoons).

I can't comment on specialty drinks because I keep it simple and clean...black drip or Americano iced and hot, and they can reduce headache pain when necessary, BTW.

Probably my Starbucks of choice on the west side.“

“I just had a bad morning I was loading my groceries and dropped what was to be my mornings fckin savior a Carmel frap in the parkinglot all over the place cleaned it up and came back to buy a new one told him I was having a bad morning and I dropped it and he remade it without charging me I really appreciated this turned my morning around thank you so much for being kind to me.

“EJ is hands down the nicest guy. Makes a mean drink and is so polite I couldn't figure out what was going on. Manners don't exist anymore......or so I thought. Been to hundreds of Starbucks, (don't judge....I have a coffee problem) and he is the best/nicest barrista I've dealt with. Can't wait to go back.“

“Today I stopped by and the manger Angel was very kind and felt like she took genuine interest in our conversation. My drink was delicious and so was my jalapeño chicken pocket ! As long as Angels manger I’ll be coming back it’s very rare to find genuinely good people in customer service these days and she just made my experience much more pleasurable!“
