“I visited to purchase a special cookie - a pumpkin cookie, and a free chocolate chip cookie courtesy my phone service provider. The chocolate chip cookie was perfect, and the pumpkin cookie was more like a miniature cake - so decadent with cream cheese frosting. The frosting was a little on the salty side (salted caramel effect) but with coffee or milk it was perfect... I quartered mine because it was too rich for one sitting.“

Placed my order inside the restaurant and I was amazed at how fast they order went through. Which was immediately! Great fast service and good quality cookies!“

“We finally tried AZ Chimney Cakes and wow — totally worth it! The wait time was on the longer side, but honestly, it was so worth it because everything came out incredibly fresh. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I brought my husband with me, and we both agreed we’d absolutely come back again. The customer service alone sold us, but the chimney cakes themselves were amazing! He ordered the apple a la mode ice cream with a cinnamon sugar cone, and I got the blueberry cheesecake cream in a biscoff crumble cone. Both cones were cooked to perfection — soft on the inside, perfectly coated on the outside, and just delicious. They do get a little messy, so definitely grab some extra napkins!

We also tried the Lucky Charm coffee, which was so good and paired perfectly with the desserts. If I went back tomorrow, I’d order the exact same things again. Highly recommend checking this place out — you won’t regret it!“

“So I am originally from Springfield Missouri and used to go to the original Andy’s in Osage Beach before they opened Andy’s in Springfield. This was a great place for family to go and the lines were always long but soooo worth the wait! My son and I moved to Tucson 2 1/2 years ago and have been craving Andy’s since moving here. I just discovered the other day that there was Andy’s in Phoenix so we drove 2 hours today one way just to go get Andy’s frozen custard! I even brought a cooler with dry ice to bring Andy’s home with us and had my staff at work tell me what they wanted because I said they deserved a little taste of my hometown deliciousness! We get there and we were ordering and I told the young man at the window that I’d drove from Tucson just to get Andy’s because I used to go to the original Andy’s back home and he rudely cut me off and said he didn’t have time to listen to me because he was busy. Just want to say I was really disappointed at how I was treated and the staff there really need to learn real Ozark hospitality because I’d never be treated like that in Springfield. I spent over $80 in that one trip today on Andy’s and will not visit that location again.“

“Amazing soft serve. Like that they do different combinations of flavors regularly (seems like every week). Personally, I love the dulche de leche cause it’s like a caramel soft serve. But pretty much all of them are amazing. Just like the logo “not too sweet.” One thing that takes this place above others for me is that it is always fast and they have a really good staff. And whoever the guy is that works there is exceptional. His customer service is so kind. Thank you for always making my wife and I’s late night treat worth the drive.“

The snow cone was amazing, the juice was flavorful, the service was nice, the place was clean. Yes, I would recommend this place to anyone. The snow cone is just want I needed for this heat.“

“I’ve been coming here for a while and always enjoy their treats. I’ve tried the soft serve, snow, and teas—but the snow is definitely my favorite. It’s light, fluffy, and super refreshing.

On my latest visit, I was happy to see new flavors. The mango snow (with mango bits and purée) is my new favorite, though Sweet Sunset (with strawberry and mango) still holds the top spot. I’ve got my eye on the cheesecake snow next!

“I'm so glad the Taiwanese dessert specialist, Meet Fresh, has a location in the Greater Phoenix Area, which means I don't need to travel to Monterey Park, CA ;)

I ordered an Icy Grass Jelly Signature, and it was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet and generously sized, this dessert had mochi balls, ample grass jelly, and flavored shaved ice on the bottom.
