“Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!“

“I took my granddaughter and her friend there for his birthday because he loves Raising Cane's. The food was good and the service was good as well. We did have a little issue with my granddaughters order and her friend took her food to the counter and a gentleman came out to speak with us. He was very nice and didn't hesitate to take care of the issue he also gave us two gift cards for the next visit which my granddaughter and I gave them to her friend for his birthday and he was very excited about that. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name because I thought it was great how he handled the issue without making us feel bad for speaking up.“

“Update: love the food. But pricing is definitely an annoying issue. Per burger price jump of $2 or 20% really makes it hard to justify. Hope they maintain the quality while keeping the pricing within reach.

“Kathy at the front was so nice (and patient) with us. We had never been to a Culver's amd she walked us through the menu so patiently (we definitely didn't need to take that long at a fast food joint). She was so sweet. Everyone that worked there was so kind and friendly. And the burger was delicious.“

“Hire honest workers! We went through the drive thru at approx 6:30pm tonIght and ordered 2 small butterfinger blizzards. He said it would be $11 and change. Seemed high to us! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. My husband took $15 out of his wallet and handed it to me. I Looked at it, so I know how much we gave him. Anyway, he pulled a dollar bill out of the. register and said see! The dinning area is kept cleaned and customers are always greeted when they walk through the doors. Especially, by Stacy who seems to have a great rapport with the staff and customers. She greets everyone and makes sure their visit is enjoyable.“

At first, I figured it was a fluke, but I have been to this location several times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the employees have been friendly, the food has been hot and fresh, and it actually looks like time was taken and not just slapped together. “Food was Taco Bell standard but what I was shocked by was the super professional staff and the cleanliness of this location. Two things I normally dont expect. But I went in about 7pmish 10/14 they were super busy in the drive thru and I placed an online order. I didnt even mind have to wait as long as I did. The young man that was running the show was so courteous and apologetic about the wait. Team work was on point.“
