“Pulled into the drive-thru for a quick lunch, which in McDonald’s language means I had time to reflect on my life choices, write a short novel, and maybe knit a sweater before my order was ready.
Ordered a Big Mac meal. Got a Big Mac, fries, and a mysterious nugget in the bag that I did not order… but still ate. Consider it a bonus prize for my patience.
The soda machine must be calibrated by Willy Wonka, because my Coke was 80% syrup, 20% carbonation, and 100% commitment to keeping me awake for three days.
Staff were friendly-ish in that “I’ve been here since 5 AM and you’re customer #643” kind of way. The ice cream machine, of course, was “broken” — I’m convinced it’s just a decorative piece at this point.
Would I come back? Yes… but mostly because I’m weak and McDonald’s fries have a legal hold on my soul. 🍟“
“I ordered breakfast from this McDonald's when I was on my way back to Tucson after being in the airport all morning. I just wanted a quick bite to eat in the Drive-Thru was packed, so I went inside and asked for the code to the restroom and picked up the food Id ordered on the app. The woman who came to the counter was obviously management or if she is not, she should be. She was absolutely wonderful, kind and easy to transact with. After I came back from the restroom my food was waiting for me and when I asked to purchase a fountain soda she waved me away handing me a large cup saying thank you very much have a good day. Excellent service! Excellent food this morning and excellent smiles all the way around!! 😁“
“I stopped by this McDonalds for breakfast today. My order was taken by a gentleman named Troy. I watched him greet customers as they came in the door, take their orders, work expedisously while gathering their orders, appreciate them for their patience while waiting, and told them to have a great rest of their day on the way out the restaurant. I haven't seen this from a McDonalds employee in years. I feel like Troy needs to be recognized for his hard work, dedication to his job, and how he conducts himself with the guest that walk into this McDonalds location. Great job Troy, hopefully McDonalds recognizes you, and rewards you, for your hard work. It not going unnoticed to the customers that you're serving.“
“I really like this location. Has a tiny slide for toddlers as well as the large obstacle course for older kids. Has an ordering kiosk and they bring you you order with a number place card. Clean. Good customer service and the food is cooked well.“
“Food was warm and fresh. Service was a bit slow. Location appeared to be understaffed so the person attending the register was also running orders out to waiting cars for online pickup orders as well as helping group inside orders for eat-in customers. Other than that, the place alpeared clean and well-maintained.“

I would like to recognize an exceptional employee named Amarie, who works at the McDonald’s located at McClintock and University in Tempe, AZ. Every time I visit, he greets customers with a genuine smile and a warm, positive attitude that stands out.
Amarie consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. His kindness and professionalism create such a welcoming atmosphere that I actually choose to drive out of my way to visit this location because of him.
He is truly an asset to the McDonald’s team, and I hope his outstanding service is acknowledged and celebrated.“

Kiosk service. Helps them, worse for me. Nevertheless, their prices were lower than jack-in-the-box competition.
Take out only.
Parking: Reduced hobo population since kiosks.
Kid-friendliness: Good food, sans playhouse germ culture.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.“
“The customer service was spot on. Reminds me of my old days as a youth. Some of the friendly environment that when you ask for things they didn't get snippy they actually helped me. You know with everything I needed answered my questions cuz I didn't understand the kiosk and service was fast. I'll be it was a little messy. The bins were full but other than that the place was clean. The sodas were cold and the environment and atmosphere was kind of relaxed so it was pretty cool. Thanks, McDonald's 😄“
“I can't help it, McDonalds has the best fries there is. I mostly get the cheese burger with a desert but I'll never tire of McDonalds.
Kid-friendliness: Is McDonalds kid friendly? Is that a joke? :) Of course it is kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Every McDonalds is built to code for handicap access.“
“The Night Shift Manager and Crew are absolutely amazing!! They made my order super fast and were very friendly and helpful!!
This is one of the few options for late night food in the area and I will always choose this McDonald’s location over any other fast food spot, even during the day, due to how amazing and quick they are at night!!“
“The manager Jacinto is the best ever! I always get a ton of the chicken nugget bundles for my kids birthday parties and he makes sure everything goes perfect! (The past 3 years!!) Not only is it perfect, he is a delight to work with! I would give him 10 stars if I could!“
