I would like to share my exceptional experience at the McDonald’s I visited with my children at 3255 S 48th St, Tempe, Arizona. This visit has made this location my favorite McDonald’s and holds a special place in my heart.
From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The team members were attentive and efficient, ensuring my order was taken promptly. Their professionalism and willingness to assist truly enhanced my experience.
The food was prepared to perfection. My order was exactly as requested, and everything was fresh and hot. The fries were crispy, and my burger was juicy and flavorful—exactly what I hoped for. It was evident that the store manager and her staff take pride in maintaining high standards of quality.
Prior to this visit, I had not stepped foot into a McDonald’s for about a year. As the father of two toddlers, I had avoided taking my children to McDonald’s due to several negative experiences at other locations in the Tempe area. In the past, I encountered unsanitary conditions in the play areas, which made me concerned for my children’s health.
However, today I decided to make a routine stop for a couple of Happy Meals. Before leaving, I took the opportunity to make an emergency bathroom stop to avoid any discomfort on the drive home. Upon reaching the restroom, I was pleasantly surprised to find it impeccably clean. The well-maintained lobby and redesigned dining area also caught my attention. The inviting atmosphere made it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal with my family.
After further inspecting the newly designed playground—previously a significant factor in my decision to avoid dining in—I was impressed by the overall quality of this location. I decided to surprise my kids by dining in instead of heading straight home, curious to see how the rest of the experience would unfold.
After finishing our meal and allowing the children to play, I wanted to express my complete appreciation to the management. The store manager at this location has demonstrated superb leadership, especially considering the heavy traffic and challenges of maintaining a busy restaurant. It takes phenomenal leadership and a well-prepared team to achieve such consistency.
I made sure to let the manager know how much I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the environment tidy and welcoming. This visit stands out as one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The combination of friendly service, delicious food, and a clean environment exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to my next visit!

“Loved it accept almost every other day there ice cream cone machine is down and at night and mean every night they claim they don't hesitate ice cream there open 24/7 but I'm it's after 10 pm they always use some excuse to not have cones I hate it the ice cream cones are my favorite I get them everyday and when they have them they are so good the best but they don't hesitate them so often“
“I really like this location. Has a tiny slide for toddlers as well as the large obstacle course for older kids. Has an ordering kiosk and they bring you you order with a number place card. Clean. Good customer service and the food is cooked well.“
“Food was warm and fresh. Service was a bit slow. Location appeared to be understaffed so the person attending the register was also running orders out to waiting cars for online pickup orders as well as helping group inside orders for eat-in customers. Other than that, the place alpeared clean and well-maintained.“

Vegetarian options: You have to suggest, and create your own meals, if you are in need of an vegan dish.
Parking: Staff here are amazing individuals ! Reminds me, of the McDonald's Circle that I was part of back in Oceanside, California. Now that was a team...if we were to compete, with other staff across the world of all generations..this staff would be the only ones to see us eye to eye hahaha
Kid-friendliness: I don't like kids...so I can't answer this

“I stopped by this McDonalds for breakfast today. My order was taken by a gentleman named Troy. I watched him greet customers as they came in the door, take their orders, work expedisously while gathering their orders, appreciate them for their patience while waiting, and told them to have a great rest of their day on the way out the restaurant. I haven't seen this from a McDonalds employee in years. I feel like Troy needs to be recognized for his hard work, dedication to his job, and how he conducts himself with the guest that walk into this McDonalds location. Great job Troy, hopefully McDonalds recognizes you, and rewards you, for your hard work. It not going unnoticed to the customers that you're serving.“
“Hello, I just want to say thank you Mr Chris G. drive-thru very professional sounded I like A Manager himself... He took my order and double-checked the order. The order was correct 💯 Performance a 10 out of 10 for punctuality double-checking the order and also Suggestive Sells .. So thank you Ms. Maddie for taking the time to hear out a customer compliment for her punctuality swiftness and timeliness and hot fresh food made to order... For order number #1287... Big Mac order came out perfect light lettuce was on spot medium-sized with Dr.Pepper perfect amount of ranch and napkins as well... Thank you so much McDonald's and we will be back soon....:)
P.S. thank you Maddie for being willing to provide the proper phone numbers and proper way to communicate the great experience that we had today we have been to McDonald's a lot there was a lot of bad experiences that a lot of different places but you guys did a phenomenal job thank you so much I am very pleased with how you guys run your store the freezer fresh and hot thank you!“
“The usual McDonald's good and well researched fair.
Kiosk service. Helps them, worse for me. Nevertheless, their prices were lower than jack-in-the-box competition.
Take out only.
Parking: Reduced hobo population since kiosks.
Kid-friendliness: Good food, sans playhouse germ culture.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.“
“I can't help it, McDonalds has the best fries there is. I mostly get the cheese burger with a desert but I'll never tire of McDonalds.
Kid-friendliness: Is McDonalds kid friendly? Is that a joke? :) Of course it is kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Every McDonalds is built to code for handicap access.“
“The Night Shift Manager and Crew are absolutely amazing!! They made my order super fast and were very friendly and helpful!!
This is one of the few options for late night food in the area and I will always choose this McDonald’s location over any other fast food spot, even during the day, due to how amazing and quick they are at night!!“
“The manager Jacinto is the best ever! I always get a ton of the chicken nugget bundles for my kids birthday parties and he makes sure everything goes perfect! (The past 3 years!!) Not only is it perfect, he is a delight to work with! I would give him 10 stars if I could!“
