“The pho here is phenomenal. I've had Pho from all over the AZ and WA state and there really is no comparison to the pho at Rice Paddy. It is so good that what I thought was good pho before is really unacceptable now that I've had this pho. I'm not joking when I say that you will be craving this soup after the 1st time you have it. Every now and again you come across a business where service AND quality are superb. Where the owner's passion shows through in their products or service. In this case, Rice Paddy - the owner is also the chef and his love for his craft shows in his high standards for his food, his prep, and his ingredients. What makes this place even better is, not only is the food good but the staff make you feel like part of the family. I'm there at least once per week, I hope this place gets the recognition it deserves!“

“We were visiting in town and taken here to try their authentic Vietnamese food. I had the pork chop and fried rice and also the combo pho. We also ordered a couple smoothies and the spring rolls. Our food came out fast, hot, and tasty. Will definitely return once I'm back in town. Love how vast their menu is!“

Bahn Xeo is like candy for food lovers!

Paired with a plate of lettuce leaves and sweet Thai Basil because you want to eat Bahn Xeo like it's a wrap, a lettuce wrap. You place of piece of Bahn Xeo, along with a little bit of pickled carrots and radish and a leaf of Thai Basil inside a lettuce leaf and wrap it like an egg roll. Dip the wrap in the sweetened fish sauce and eat.

NOTE: 9 out of 10 Restaurants will NOT make Bahn Xeo. This restaurant is the same. I just so happened to show up at a time when 2 Aunties were visiting and the good nephew who owns the restaurant was making them Bahn Xeo. The Aunties pulled some strings for me. Thank you Aunties Lin and Yu! :)“

“I ordered the Spicy Lemon Grass from the site that was pictured looking very similarly to pad thai with wide noodles, beef, and peanuts for pick up. They made a completely different dish with ridiculously heavily seasoned beef with red/green bell peppers and rice; when I told her they made the wrong order, she told me I was wrong and that's what that is but "they'll remake anyway". I get home and it's still wrong, even with showing her the picture when I reordered! There were pho noodles instead of wide, egg noodles and more than half the order was lettuce and sprouts on the bottom which is not what I ordered or pictured. Definitely not impressed with the service or the food. If they're going to charge that much, they should know their menu and good to talk to customers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.“

The young lady, I forget her name, but she was incredibly and I mean incredibly awesome at her customer service skills!!!! For someone who's a teen and not my kid, I've rarely interacted with such a well-mannered and spoken teen that was not my own. Kudos to her parents.
The cook, think his name was Juan, super friendly and sweet! Both of them were very welcoming and helpful in ordering.
We both had the rolls, which were very fresh and filing. We both also had the shrimp pho, and the broth was amazing. It had flavor, without the toppings. Shrimp was just right as well as the noodles. My boyfriend ordered a short rib pho to go. Had it the next day and it was delicious.

“Vegetable egg rolls 9/10 good flavor really liked the sweet potato and other fillings. Not greasy at all. Served with cucumber and pickled red onions which are really good.

Vegetable pho 10/10 vegetables ate fresh, crunchy, and the Broth is very flavorful before adding toppings and sauces. Generous amount of noodles. Although they seem to pe cut shorter.

Beef pho 7.5/10 the steak was good but I was nit a huge fan of the meatballs in it. Seems to me like you get less meat than other pho places. Broth was amazing just like the vegetable pho.

Overall: 8/10
Setvice was good, food came out fast! For two people expect to spend $40 for two entrees and an appetizer with no drinks.“

“The Saigon Salad and Bahn mi were delicious! The pork in the Saigon salad was different than other Bun bowls I’ve had before, but was good. My friends greatly enjoyed their tofu and pork bahn mis and garlic fries (although they both said the jalapeño slices were too spicy) Restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but was a bit hot when we were there. He genuinely cares about getting us the best deal whether in dining in or picking up. He also put me onto their spicy pho where they cook the broth WITH their hot sauce and it’s AMAZING!!! Omg this spicy steak pho is all I get every time I come here. Their drinks are so so yummy and their stir fried is also pretty good. “My friend and I came here today for the first time for lunch. It was quite confusing at first, there is no menu posted other than the sandwiches. There are hot and cold dishes you can take up to the counter, but no descriptions in English. We ended up getting the lemongrass chili tofu and asked the lady at the counter for a noodle dish with spring rolls and pork belly to share. Unlike other reviewers, we didn't think it was overly expensive. First the tofu, they make it in house and it's amazing! Best tofu by far that I've ever tasted, and you get a ton! The noodle dish came out without any spring rolls, but we let it slide because it was so delicious. Fresh and light but with rich bites of pork belly and a tangy sauce on the side. The owners kept coming by to ask if we liked everything, and before we left they brought us a loaf of freshly baked bread for free! We'll definitely be back again. I just wish they had a proper menu to look at with descriptions in English, I feel like we missed out on a lot of options due to the language barrier.“
