Gabriel was amazing! This vegetable egg foo yung was fantastic, all the vegetables were so varied in texture and density yet were each cooked to perfection, not soggy or rewarmed, but freshly sauteed with a light sauce, not gluey or oppressive, the egg foo yung patty was thick and generous (and there were 2). The rice comes in a separate little bowl which is esthetically pleasing, the service was quiet and prompt, the atmosphere was pleasingly dim, and the music was tasteful Asian easy listening, not overbearing or thumping. “Sad to see the negative reviews about this place because I’ve had such a great experience! I love their miso ramen, tonkatsu ramen, and sweet and sour chicken. I order from here on DoorDash all the time, and it never disappoints. The broth is so flavorful, the pork is delicious, and the noodle texture is amazing. The sweet and sour chicken is also really good, different from Panda Express, it tastes more homemade than a fast food chain. Highly recommend!“
