Bai Thong offers traditional Thai dishes with rich and layered flavors. The Pad Kee Mow, Tom Kha Gai, and Kang Mussamun are highly recommended for their delicious taste and character. The ambiance and service are great, and the restaurant is known for its affordable prices, especially during lunch specials that offer plenty of food. The menu includes favorites like Beef Drunken Noodles, Panang Chicken Curry, and Crab Puffs, which are praised for their authentic flavors and quality. The Drunken Noodles have a simple, yet flavorful combination of bell peppers and basil, with just the right amount of spice. Many customers appreciate that substitutions are accommodated and that the dishes are not overly spicy. Overall, Bai Thong provides an incredible dining experience with a perfect balance of spice, sweet, and basil flavors, making it a top choice in Tucson for authentic Thai cuisine.
