I was craving Cinnabon like something mad so we beelined 15 minutes before they were about to close. There are maybe 5 employees behind the counter starting to clean up and what not so they ignore us for a few minutes. We kept looking at all of them hoping one of them would acknowledge us. Noon on a Monday, lots of Cinnabons in display case. Ordered a four pack and they are out. I mentioned put 4 of those in a box and was told I would have to pay the individual price, or twice as much as a 4 pack. Slow service and not accommodating. I’m leaving 2 stars only because Cinnabons are so good.

They don't have coffee because they run out too quickly. But the service is good in terms of the man who served - everything is fine. But they didn’t put knives on the bun, only a fork :( and they didn’t put napkins... the bun is much worse than Europe and Ukraine :(
