Great food, great service
Honestly the staff was fantastic, but when you go to cinnabon you want frosting and mine was just packing a bit. Also could have been done a min or 2 less because the bottom was dark. Not burn, just darker than 1 would want
Christina L was a horrible clerk. If you hate your job quit. Stank face, rude attitude, spoke with a nasty attitude for any question we had. If your working there just to try and kill people's mood. No one wants you there.

Cinnabon provides an exceptional customer service experience, thanks to friendly and efficient staff like Carlos. He offers amazing recommendations, such as the Turtle mini cinnamon rolls, and goes above and beyond to accommodate special requests, like modified coffee. Although they may run out of coffee occasionally, the service is generally good, but some guests have noted that the bun quality could be improved and that utensils and napkins are sometimes missing.
