“This Tucson Sub spot never misses! Always HITS! They have a variety of sub options on their menu, as well as healthy choice options from wraps to salads. Don’t be afraid to ask about their secret menu options either! The owner recommended one today (see photo below) and it was absolutely everything I wanted in a sub sandwich. Great tasting ingredients, not shy of filling the bread up, threw that extra cheese just right, and had a spicy kick to it. I have tried a few different sandwiches on the few occasions I have returned, and some menu items I have revisited, always with the same love and preparation as the time before. Beyond the food, is the service. This Ma and Pop shop heart and soul is in its hospitality and welcoming feeling, and it directly reflects into the food they serve on a day to day. I have found no reason to go to any other sub place in town because, for me personality, this one takes the cake. Amazing people, outstanding service, delicious food, great value, all in one locally owned and operated location right here in Tucson.“

“Well handled situation by ManagerAs I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff(manager) to "give him an extra soup". She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. He rudely responded and told her "no you don't need to charge me" she explained that she would, due to food cost, he mumbled something and started to walk away. She tried to give him his on line order as he was walking away and shouted at her. As a manager of a business I just wanted to recognize this manager for being able to be disrespected by a rude person for doing her job and still be respectful as she addresses the situation.“

“My husband and I liked it a lot more when there wasn't a tip jar. Other than that we've never had a problem. However we both felt (you know when you feel that feeling of want) the person who started the order wanted a tip. I don't know why this new tipping thing is in play but we don't like it. My husband told me a week or two ago when he went in to get a sandwich he thought the kid (guy) making his sandwich was upset he didn't give him a tip.

“My cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. My issue isn't with the quality of the food but the service!
There were 4 people before me who ordered cheesesteaks, and the girl cooking made one sandwich at a time. It literally took her 15 minutes to make a total of 5 sandwiches. The 4 people before me were all together, and even they were complaining. So I'm guessing if you order a sandwich at dinner time, you would have to wait 2 hours to get yours.
Other issue is not the employees' fault but the overwhelming amount of homeless people at this location was ridiculous. Made it uncomfortable to walk from the car to the door and even when we were inside we had to deal with the Bums.
It's a shame I have such a low opinion of this place because their cheesesteaks are the best in Tucson!“

“I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. With the patience of everyone who works here and the quality of the food, I can't wait to come back. This franchise is better than the expensive place across the street“

Parking: A busy parking lot means great food and service“

“I like the food here, but the pizza upsets my stomach sometimes, and at my most recent visit I got a slice like I often do and the crust was very rubbery and hard to chew. It didn't bother my stomach this time though. I think it was just in the warming oven for too long or something. It's the first time I've had a slice with the crust that way. The taste was good, and always has been.The cheesecake pops are excellent!The staff are all friendly and the place is clean. I like to eat their food. The salads are very good too. I haven't tried anything else yet.

Vegetarian options: Salads and no meat pizza. I didn't notice a special section.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for a wheelchair.“

“Wow — I cannot say enough amazing things about the two girls working at this location, Bella and Ariza! They are truly phenomenal. My boyfriend and I had just come from another Subway where we had a not-so-great experience, and we walked into this location feeling frustrated. But Bella and Ariza completely turned our night around!

From the moment we walked in, their energy was so welcoming and positive. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were incredibly attentive, and provided absolutely stellar customer service. My boyfriend had a few questions about the sauces, and they answered everything with patience and confidence. You could tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work.

By the time we left, we were smiling and so much happier than when we walked in. Not only was our food delicious, but the whole experience was just uplifting. We’re honestly so grateful we came to this location — it's officially our go-to Subway now even if the other one is closer.

“I've been in there a couple of times. The food is good. The workers are hard workers. I got PTSD symptoms I'm not a veteran but helped a lot of people and helped save moms and babies during the pandemic. I also helped save 3 million bees. Trying to save the world a food supply. I miss the $5 dollars foot longs. I wish they bring those back. I hope they keep there prices low as there doing now. Maybe have some specials like $7 dollars foot long on weekends? Or buy one sub and get six inch half off with chips and drink. I love subway will be back again. Don't worry about thing because every thing will be alright.“
