“Great place. It reminds me of an old fashioned diner that doesn't change much. The staff are friendly and food is good.
Dietary restrictions: They might do substitutions for diabetics.
Parking: Skytrain and buses nearby.
Wheelchair accessibility: While you can get around as it's flat/one level. There doesn't look to be alot of room if you use a walker. In some spots they could move chairs for a wheelchair to sit. But I doubt you could get a wheelchair in a booth. I do think they have an accessible bathroom. But the hall to the bathroom is narrow. I can see it being a problem for wheelchairs and walkers. Without a walker or wheelchair people have to wait for others to pass before they can walk down the hall as it's so narrow.“

“The staff is so disrespectful! We arrived at this place around 12:35pm and the hostess said they would have a 35 min wait list. We said ok, got our names in the wait list and left. After 35 min I came back for a time check and the hostess said more 30 min wait. We have a toddler and 1 hour wait would be too much for the toddler. I asked to talk to the manager but the hostess said there was no manager on duty that day. I insisted since that wouldn't make any sense. After begging to talk to the person in charge, finally someone showed up. The manager was even more disrespectful than the hostess - she kept this ironic smile all the time and said that the hostess removed our names from the list by mistake but nothing could be done, not even offer us the top of the wait list and we had to go to the bottom of the list again. She also said they were doing the best they could - I left without saying a word since keep discussing was just pointless - when I walk out the door I just heard "and please don't come back". Just don't come here.“

“The legendary cheap diner of Vancouver that has thier all day breakfasts with still some options being the same for years. You can eat well for very cheap, and for a little extra touch bring a paint marker or marker and get ready to add your tag or touch to the venue, messages across time throughout everywhere from your seat to the top corners of the walls. Great cheap diner vibe.“

“Would be a 5 star if app allowed it. Attended as a party of two, was able to find a table on a Sunday morning. It's a small place and has a lovely vibe. There were many vegan options including a make your own breakfast and a vegan fry up. I opted for the vegan fry up and it was a hearty meal. Good quality food and the tofu scramble mixed in greens and was packed with flavour. The hash browns, toast, and sausages were all delicious. My friend is omni and opted for the basic fry up, and she confirmed it was also very good. Would definitely recommend.“

“Very clean IHOP, but sad the Swedish Lingonberry crepes are gone. Food otherwise was standard for this type of establishment, though the hashbrowns weren't as good as they used to be (batch cooked without enough oil to get to the potatoes in the middle)“

“Oh my - i do not think i can properly state how awesome these "pancakes" are - please please please try them - and they have choices for just about everything - i went with the more classic approach - half maple syrup and strawberries and cream on the other half (i ordered it as strawberries and cream with a side of the syrup) - the location is not even in question - right on the water - try to get a window table - and our server (and crap i cannot recall her name) really made the occasion superb - a must dining experience in Vancouver“
