“One of the most friendly staffed McDonald's around. I usually go to this drive thru for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I have never had a wrong order or had to wait very long. A personal favorite McDonald's drive thru when driving in North Burnaby.Parking: Large easy access parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs“
“Great service, speed was incredible and even the fries were actually hot. Music choice was iffy but other than that great place.Parking: Many spots open usually, even at lunch time.Kid-friendliness: It's a McDonald's they have kids meals and kids toys.Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't see any issues with wheelchair accessibility.“
“The location is good, and this is a pretty spacious unit. There is an average kids' playground. The food is standard McDonald's food. However, it can get busy on the weekends, affecting the service, like forgetting the Happy Meals toy or giving napkins, cups, or straws in your order. Napkins or straws would not be a problem if they were available in a self-service way. However, they are not, as there is some sort of initiative to decrease the waste of these items, so you need to go to the counter and ask for this every time they forget it (and it often happens as the location can get very busy).I like that there is a good space and a lot of tables in the kid's area, which allow parents to stay close, and that area is a bit (not too much) isolated from other areas, so parents are happy, and people without kids don't need to be close to the noise/mess that kids do in that area.“
“I visit this particular McDonald's nearly every day and use the drive through. I pick up seniors coffees. I notice the workers there are so friendly and work very hard. The coffee orders are always accurate. The drive through is very punctual. Thanks McDonald's ?“
“Super busy location, not the best looking one, but I had a great experience today that I like to share.I ordered just a coffee and watched the girl empty what was left in the pot into my cup and left it there to brew more so she can add to it.The supervisor named May, came there and emptied the cup and started to brew a fresh pot and told the cashier that she shouldn't have done this. They didn't know I was watching, but that little gesture is only expected from a supervisor who knows what good service is.Thanks May and great job!“
“I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Roy at your McDonald's location. My friend and I visited your restaurant around 7:00 PM today, and we were thoroughly impressed by Roy's professionalism and hospitality.Roy's communication was notably clear and loud, which made the entire service experience very smooth. What stood out the most was his personal touch of mentioning my name when I picked up our order. This small gesture made our visit memorable. As visitors from Toronto coming to Vancouver, such interactions truly enhance our travel experience. I believe that employees like Roy are invaluable to your team, reflecting positively on your establishment.Thank you for fostering such a welcoming environment, and please extend our gratitude to Roy for making our visit so pleasant.“
