“We got takeout and the pizza was good and fresh. The regular pizza dough is very thick and doughy. I got the california veggie. There’s is virtually no crust, with the toppings and cheese going all the way to the end. The gluten free pizza is thin and pretty good.“

“I ordered the Mini Meal for $25, which I did not find was that mini! First out were 2 garlic knots which were heavenly goodness of fresh, fluffy, garlicky dough that I dipped in nicely contrasting ranch dip. The main dish was "thick crust" single pizza of Superfunghi. The "thick crust" was not what I was expecting. It tasted more like toppings on focaccia bread. The herbed potato cream on the pizza didn't really work for me as it made the rest of the pizza, especially the arugula, soggy. I ended up asking for some olive oil to dip the pizza in (which I was not informed in advance would be $0.50 extra until it showed up on the bill at the end). For dessert, there were 4 flavours of ice cream to chose from. Overall, I really enjoyed the raspberry cheesecake that I picked. It was a little sweeter and the raspberry flavour was not as natural as I would like, but the shortbread in the ice cream was a nice twist. The cookie that came with the ice cream was a bit frozen, but I did not mind it as I was so full from the rest of the meal and had to take the cookie to go.“

“The Mod pizza in Langford was first the time we have eaten at this chain. The staff were super friendly and hilarious. Happy employees tend to produce the best product! We have since eaten at 4 locations and although this is their only location in Canada it has been the best one we've been to. Their concept of topping selection, fixed prices, etc is wonderful. The pizza itself is delicious and the salads are also great! Try their in house made drinks too! Very tasty!!“

“We decided to try the Boom and Batten after walking by it numerous times. A pleasant atmosphere if not a bit noisy as the lunch crowd arrived. We both chose breakfast items for lunch. The standard breakfast of Eggs and Sausage and the Classic Eggs Benedict. Both came with hash browns which were done differently and very tasty. The back bacon on my Benny was very salty and spoiled the dish a bit for me but it was still good. We didn't have any alcohol as prices for wine were pretty high.“

“Okay this is my first time leaving a review this place is really amazing and I'm not just saying that the staff and the manager are great the food is pretty damn good specially the donors cuz usually I go for the pizzas cuz their pizzas are phenomenal and whatever you guys ask for they do it up for you I've been with the gorge one for 6 plus years off and on and now I'm at the quadra Street and the staff is really nice there too. I think a lot of people should try out this place the one on quadra Street and Gorge and you're really get bang for your buck I noticed even their pastas really good too and they have delivery or you can go pick it up and they have pretty good prices too. “First off let me state that I am allergic to Dairy and Legumes. There are many plant based cheese brands that have pea protein and chickpea protein as ingredients in. The Joint is the only pizzaria I have been able to find that has a dairy free alternative that is also allergen friendly from legumes. For me, my late night order felt like an insane treat. “We recently ordered pizzas (2 vegan and 1 vegetarian) from Panago in Sidney. We were all so pleasantly surprised at the speed and accuracy in which our order was filled and thoroughly appreciated a phone call to double check an ingredient selection (regular cheese via non dairy cheese) that we had made in error. The pizzas arrived quickly, very hot - obviously fresh from the oven and delicious. We all agreed it was by far the best Panago experience we've ever had! Thanks so much!“

“Had an early dinner with my wife. We ordered the calamari as it was a happy hour special. We also ordered a spinach pizza, which was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t say anything more about it. It’s so good. Also had the meat lovers pizza I had a gin and tonic to drink. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but our service was great. Our server was kind and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were clean and everything was above expectations. I really enjoyed the pizza here. It’s consistently good, the portions are decent size and I think the prices are fair. I would recommend this place to anybody it’s family, friendly kid, friendly wheelchair accessible. Nice atmosphere and nice to have the TVs playing sports if you wanna catch the game while you eat. A+“

“I have been coming here for the last 2.5 years with my coworkers, however, this past Friday February 23t was the first time I have seen someone working so efficiently and with a smile. The kid working on Friday was amazing!!! Eye for detail, very attentive, fast, and kind He was wearing a hat which is much appreciated if not wearing a hair net.About the hair net. It will be nice to see the staff wearing a hai net, unfortunately this is the 3rd time finding a LONG HAIR inside my pizza.
