“The absolute best meat pie I've had yet..Mashed potatoes and cheese on top of the meat pie did me in. The Homer donut is also the best one I've had because the texture is a little chewy and the icing is perfect. Then obviously all the hilarious cookies are awesome as gifts or just to eat. “Very relaxing environment, you can be here for a coffee, or lunch or even dinner as they offer a variety of drinks and very decent food. We ordered a fettuccine with shrimps, an avocado salad croissant, and a cheese pressed burger with double meat. Everything was so good, especially the burger! It was grilled just right. For dessert, we ordered a tiramisu cake to share. Really love the chilling vibe here.“

“We ordered our wedding cake with Fortuna and were extremely pleased with the outcome. Working with Luisa was easy and she made sure to help us stay within our budget. The cake tasting was super helpful as well to figure out the flavour and icing we wanted. Also they were super generous in adding flowers to the cake that matched my wedding flowers. Luisa also personally delivered the cake for a small price all the way to Pitt Meadows so that she could make sure it arrived safely. The guests loved the cake as well! “A nice little Vietnamese sub place tucked away in a small parking lot in Central Burnaby. Ordered a few special banh mi sandwiches and tried the sausage rolls here.

The banh mi is very filling. Nice amount of pate and butter and nice bun as well. A bit salty with the soya sauce but overall really tasty. The sausage roll was nice too, very large, but more of a pork based sausage roll. I liked both and glad I gave this place a try.

“Been coming here since inception but this is the first visit since 2 years of traveling abroad. Recall the original owners are of Russian or Slavic descent? They use to always gift my little ones some extra bread on the side. Tiramisu recipe has changed?
Much sweeter than before. Stuffed breads are still good though. Very affordable bakery in the neighborhood.“

“The premium Ube cake is the way to go! It deserves a spot being one of the wonders of the world. It is light, fluffy, airy, and full of flavour. It’s like biting into a cloud of bliss! “We had booked the full afternoon tea experience for a high tea bridal shower and it was amazing! Kevin and Sue did an amazing job with set up and take down and the food and tea was amazing! We had a list of food allergies for certain guests and they were able to accommodate easily. Communication was amazing overall. The cutlery, tea cups, plates and towers were better than expected! Guests loved the details and I would highly recommend and book again when the occasion arises!“
