Pretty solid dim sum. The portions are quite large & not a bad price. Flavour is nice & this may become my go to spot for good reliable dim sum!
A friend and I went here to have lunch. The lady we had was very snappy. Luckily the food tasted really good. It can get very busy there which is a great sign. It was very loud the whole time we were there. People talking loud and the dishes being thrown into the containers when they cleaning the tables. I would still definitely go back for the food though.
Went here last Saturday afternoon with a couple of friends and honestly we had such a good time. The honey garlic spare ribs were unreal, definitely the highlight of the meal. Service was super friendly and attentive without being over the top, which I always appreciate. Will 100% be back next weekend outing, Jade Palace has become our new go-to spot in Burnaby.

The restaurant has a narrow frontage but is quite large, stretching back comfortably for diners. Portions are generous, and the complimentary soup and dessert are appreciated. Other notable dishes include the bitter melon and beef, sweet and sour pork, and imperial concubine chicken. The restaurant also provided excellent service for a large baptism party, accommodating changes and attending to small details that made the experience great for hosts and guests. Overall, Jade Palace is a solid, family-style Cantonese restaurant with comfort food, delicious offerings, and average service.
