I had a great experience at this sushi restaurant. I sat at the counter and watched the Japanese chef prepare the sushi right in front of me. Everything was clean and hygienic throughout the meal, and the service was excellent.
The Plum Wine was really good, and the sushi was fresh and delicious. The only minor downside was that the Appetizer Tempura wasn't quite crispy enough. Overall, a great sushi experience and I would definitely come back.

Found this restaurant on Reddit and decided to bring my wife for a nice dinner on a Friday night. They do not take online reservations, but I was able to reserve seats by calling in at 5 PM on the same day. The place was quite full when we arrived at 7:30 PM. We waited a bit before being seated since there were only two servers working. They serve fresh seafood imported from Japan and it tasted amazing. I especially liked the omakase sushi platter.
