I'm definitely coming back to try more things on the menu such as the curries and other interesting dishes.

“​Been coming here since 2021 and it never disappoints. The Chick Peas Chongqing Noodles are my absolute favorite, and their Beef Tendon Noodle is super great too. The hand-pulled noodles are so chewy and the portions are huge! I also loved the Spicy Tofu and Bamboo Shoots... everything tasted fresh and authentic. ​The best part? They still serve the complimentary dessert jelly, which is such a nice thing!

It’s right across from Coquitlam Centre, clean, and the staff are always friendly. If you want a hearty, delicious meal that’s actually worth the price, this is the spot!”

“Such a great bakery! Finally quality treats worth the extra time at the gym! They are not like most bakeries now days that use excessive sugar and oil for cheaper flavour. This bakery makes everything from scratch and uses quality ingredients ... the only problem is they are a little too close to home....:) I have tried most of the items and have not had one that I don't love....eek”

“Ordered take out a few times from CM Chicken with all positive experiences. We really enjoyed the Sweet and Spicy boneless chicken which was more sweet than spicy but that's how I like it. Will try other stuff on the menu in the future. The staff were also very friendly.”

I called ahead to place an order, and when I arrived, everything was already saved and ready for preparation. The process was seamless and showed a level of organization and care that you do not always see

McDonald's at Lansdowne/Barnet Hwy. is still my favorite stop, staff are nice, convenient location. Like best it has the Expresso coffee machine, not every location has it! Parking is so so, a little hard to get a spot on the weekends”

“The restaurant is conveniently located near North Road and Austin Avenue intersection just on the opposite side of The City of Lougheed neighborhood and easy accessible by car. Drive thru ordering and curbside pickup options are available, however, customers parking is small due to land plot size limitations. The facility is clean and works long hours. Order pick-up timeframe is reasonable and depends on time of the day.”

“I love a good local pub and during our family stay in the area for the World Cup I made a couple of trips here once the family was settled in the evening. They had football on all the screens and jerseys hanging from the ceiling so definitely got into the World Cup spirit. I was also there on trivia night and it was such a great vibe! Staff were so friendly and the food I ordered was awesome, definitely recommend!”

“This gem is a must try! The restaurant is a bit small but the food is pretty darn good. We loved everything from bibimbap, kimbap and most of all we loved the carbonara. Never thought we would enjoy carbonara in a Korean place but the chef apparently specialized in Italian cuisine in Korea. Daniel the chef is a genuinely nice guy and great with my toddler. Will come back again. I highly recommend this place!”

“During my lunch breaks I usually swing by Body Energy Club Coquitlam. Today I had a great experience with a young man who helped me pick out creatine pills and vitamins. He stood out because he genuinely helped me, he was very knowledgeable about supplements and how it would benefit my health! The environment was very friendly and welcoming. They also got me samples for greens too. Highly recommend this location!”

Friday is rib night, full rack was $30 and comes with spaghetti, ceaser salad and garlic toast.... however what a shocker they have slashed the cost to $19.... why simply because of Trump's Tarrifs and they want to give back to their patrons by lowering prices so we eat local.... They also sell local roasted coffee beans.”

“I visited this sushi restaurant for the first time after seeing so many positive reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype.

The restaurant is quite small and cozy, with around 20 seats inside. They do not take reservations, so it is first come, first served. Despite being busy, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and regularly came by to refill our tea at just the right time without being intrusive.

The menu offers a great variety of sushi rolls, ranging from traditional options to vegetarian rolls and even baked rolls. There were plenty of choices for everyone. They also serve a selection of classic Japanese appetizers.

During our visit, we ordered several dishes, including sashimi, sushi rolls, and appetizers. The assorted sashimi platter was more generous than we expected, and the fish was incredibly fresh. Every roll was beautifully presented, and the sauces were well balanced—not overloaded, allowing the ingredients and flavors to shine through.

Overall, everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. Combined with the warm service and cozy atmosphere, it was a wonderful dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality sushi in the area, and I look forward to coming back again.”

I ordered my usual black coffee and watched as someone actually ground the fresh beans and then made my coffee in a French press. I joked with them that that's how I make my coffee at home. I added a blueberry lemon scone and had a nice drive home. All 3 staff were a pleasure to deal with, and my snack was delicious.”

“I recently discovered this magnificent sushi restaurant near my home. I've never experienced fresher sushi before. Their raw oysters are divine. And the sockeye salmon sashimi is unbelievable. My server (Rose) is a sweetheart who is friendly and polite. The music is a little on the loud side but the genre of the music is enjoyable. I'm going to make this sushi restaurant my regular place from now on.”

“I love the experience at this Tim Hortons. They started taking names for orders, which makes the experience feel so much more friendly. Some of the employees even go the extra mile to remember regular customer's names and their usual orders. It's such a warm and welcoming feeling when they greet you personally or already know what you had like, especially the one who mostly took my orders always has a very friendly smile and has too much patience while dealing with customers. The service is quick and efficient. and the staff are always friendly and kind. Great coffee, and amazing customer service.”

“This is not a paid/sponsored review. Visited May 31’26, my first time. We were greeted and got our table near the window. Ordered the towering onion rings, two kids meal, a platter entree (Two For You) and Madlove burger.
The whiskey river bbq chicken breast was ok although not as I expected. It was a bit oily not bbq-ed. Also it was a small chicken breast. My son liked the madlove burger, so i just take his word for that.
Seems the staff were overwhelmed - although seat was not full house. It took a while for us get our drinks and the onion ring. It took a while as well to hail the server to get us our refill and napkin. I guessed this is typical for this kind of restaurant. Toilet was clean when I used it.”

“This place serves delicious, incredibly fresh, healthy and unique kimbaps that you don’t see elsewhere. We stopped by for a snack and tried the “keto” kimbap with tuna and it was delicious - you don’t miss the rice at all. The tangy white kimchi wrap paired well with the tuna mayo, egg and other veggie ingredients. The service was super friendly and the shop is clean and cozy. I will definitely come back to try their other kimbaps and dishes.”

“Happened to find this place while exploring Lafarge Lake. So glad I stopped in to give this a try. I don't usually get cones, but my daughter did. After trying their cone, I will definitely be getting one on my next visit. Everything was delicious. Plenty of room to eat inside here if you like. “A great Cafe with lots of food and drink options. Close to Burnaby and Coquitlam so gets a decent crowd, specially on weekends. We have been here a few times and the drinks have always been really good. Food is great as well. They have created a peaceful, serene indoors atmosphere for seating. The only issue is lack of parking directions for first time visitors. There are only 6 spots in front of the restaurant but they have a bigger lot on the street behind the restaurant (not the space directly behind restaurant but a few places over). We found it on our third visit to restaurant.”

“probably the best kalguksu i’ve ever had. the handmade knife cut noodles are bouncy with a perfect chew. the broth is deep and flavorful. the beef and clams were plentiful. it came with three side dishes which were simple but tasty. they use an ipad to order which is efficient but not much service otherwise from the servers. service is a bit slow as food took some time to arrive however the store was busy. i would come back to try other dishes.”
