“Really great Korean drinking restaurant. A wide variety of menu items that are all pretty good. The pork hock is prominently on the menu but it came out just a bit too quickly and so it took away from being able to fully appreciate it. The beer and soju glasses come out nicely frosted and the service is very friendly. Definitely for the Korean crowd. A bit small and dark but good atmosphere.“

“I had a great dining experience at Toedam Korean Fusion BBQ. The portions here are impressively generous, making it one of the best value Korean restaurants I’ve visited in Vancouver. Every dish came out flavorful, well-seasoned, and freshly prepared.
The spicy marinated crab was rich and bold, the pork hot pot arrived sizzling with tender meat and savory broth, and the tteokbokki had that perfect chewy texture with a satisfying level of heat. Even the side dishes were delicious and thoughtfully made—fresh, well-balanced, and constantly replenished.
What really stood out, aside from the food, was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The restaurant is clean, organized, and the ordering system is easy to use, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Weekend craving for fried chicken hits, and the reviews looked good, 10 minute drive, so decided to try it out.

In short: SO good.

The pork belly bao was unnnnnnnreal, the soy garlic chicken was super tasty and the spicy chicken was solid.

Small location, seems like a family business (maybe mother and daughter?) who were both very friendly when I picked up the food and the food was ready in 10 minutes like they said.

“It's a BBQ place, so themain action is on BBQ. Of course, there are other choices to the meal and mostly spicey as its a northern China taste. The BBQ is better tasting than what you might get ordering from UberEats. If you're not a meat lover, these deals may not be as rewarding for you.“

“This was such a unique dining experience! I was thrilled! You order a bunch of skewers that range in price and main dishes. We ordered: beef tongue, throat, pork belly, skin, squid, cauliflower, potato, toast, spring rolls, cucumbers and even more squid. Everything was delicious, well spiced and cooked to perfection! Everything came out so fast, it was thrilling to see our table fill up so fast! I love how different cultures have different dining experiences, where you can just sit and chat with friend for hours and pick at your skewers that they keep warm for you at the table.

“I think a lot of other reviewers have echoed that meat quality is great and I can confirm it is true. I visited with a party of 4 people and we ordered the Gooi-ga Special. We were prepared to order more but it was enough for us.
The BBQ set came with a variety of meat and seafood and the tofu soup was delicious. They do not have a lot of seating so you are at the mercy of luck if you don't reserve a seat or get on the waitlist. I would definitely come back here with friends again! The only reason for the 4 star is the lack of seating and unpredictability of getting in or waiting.“
