“Vancouver's "No. 1 Roast Pork", the skin is thin and crispy, the meat is fat, lean, layered and fragrant, not too salty, but it tastes better when eaten in dine-in, because sometimes the take-out tastes different when the weather is cold and you can heat it up when you go home. I have been eating roast pork for many years. I have eaten it all over Hong Kong and Guangdong. In Vancouver, this is the best. The other "Cantonese roast pork" and "Ming X roast pork" are not on the same level.“

“Recently ordered takeout through their online ordering system and there was no indication that there would be any additional fees, but when I went through checkout and checked the receipt, there was a maintenance fee just around $10% of the total bill that was added on. We booked for 5:30pm and left at 8pm and not by choice. We took our 7 year old. His food came within about 20-30 minutes. While we got our miso, edamame and salad one at a time, It took over an hour to get our BBQ meat, and longer to get our bowls of rice. 2 1/2 hours to get our bill (with me stopping someone to ask for the bill). Our son was super excited to cook meat but was getting upset with all the waiting. Quite honestly, the 2 adults with him were too. But I would give it a try again because the food was good“

The portion of seafood noodles is large, which may be just right for two girls to eat together.
The seafood noodles are full of aroma and the soup is rich and delicious. It's still delicious when you take it home and the texture of the noodles doesn't get worse.
The spiciness is just right for Taiwanese, and it tastes better than the noodles I had in Seoul before. There is no such delicious Korean food in Tainan.

“I cannot believe that I have not visited this place earlier. Before I ordered it, I asked what the potato noodle is like. And the staff explained to me very well. And I ordered the most popular one at this place. Spiciness was medium and meat was beef. Visual impression of the food was so home and cozy. And the taste was deep and rich. Perfect spiciness. And the best part was noodle. Its texture was between udon noodle and tapioca noodle. Pleasantly chewy and noodle didn't get soggy quickly. I enjoyed this food til the end. The only thing that I was little disappointed was the portion of meat. There was just some pieces but I was so contented with this flavor. Overall, it made my day, and I would happily go back there hopefully every week :)“

I can't speak for every restaurant, but I have tried the famous Richmond barbecued pork. The taste is very special. The barbecued pork will be grilled evenly, and the lean barbecued pork will not dry out and turn into meaty residue at the back (this happens in Guangdong barbecue)The roasted pork/roasted pork belly has crispy skin, with distinct layers of meat and fat, one inch each, and a total of about 4 inches long. The chef is very skilled.It’s my first time to buy a double combo. My overall rating is 9/10. The texture of the roasted pork is on par with Ming’s, but the care in preparing the barbecued pork and the special aroma are unique. I will definitely repurchase.“
