“Went here with my family, and another family and we all got the all-you-can-eat menu. I wouldn’t say my kids are picky, but they like certain things and it’s hard to get them to try newer foods. But, they loved this place! The restaurant itself is small, but clean. The drop down exhaust vents helps to keep the cooking smell to a minimum. The food itself was amazing! And the service was top notch. My son even told me that we needed to give our server a great tip. We definitely ate our fair share and I believe we got our money’s worth. “I thought i had already written a review of this place but I haven't! I don't go anywhere else for my Korean food in BC. I literally haven't found a place that matches my palate as much as this place. Not just that, they are not stingy with their food! If you want seafood tofu soup, you GET seafood tofu soup. It's jam packed with goodies in the soup. Their seafood pancake is 🤤 not just a whole bunch of green onion and flour but an actual SEAFOOD pancake. And the servers, omg, they are fantastic. Every single one of them. They don't pressure you and just really let you enjoy your company. And our guy, I'm sorry I don't know your name! But you are always so delightful, happy and warm. You definitely make the experience better.“

“I’ve been here several times and it’s always been fantastic, however I do not recommend coming with a large group.

The food has always been delicious and drinks are good too, but the service was horrendous for a larger group. It took forever to get any service, staff would make eye contact with us when we tried to wave them over, and then just ignore us. There were a lot of staff available just loitering around the bar area and did not come to our aid.

It took a very long time for us to get our bills, and when they finally took it they charged many of us twice or even thrice. Some of us tried to tell the waitress that the first transaction went through, but they insisted we pay again because they got an error on their end. Just a reminder to maybe check your bank statement after to make sure this didn’t happen to you. I don’t think it was on purpose, but still frustrating to deal with.

Other than that the food was delicious. Sooda box remains one of my fav dishes and their cheese corn is great.“

“The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is a little bit of a hole in the wall, so I'd recommend getting takeout, but we decided to eat in. Even though we arrived close to closing time, they were still very accommodating and made us feel welcome.

At just $29.99, you get unlimited soup, meat, vegetables, and dessert. It’s an excellent value and easily beats many other AYCE hot pot restaurants that charge $50+ per person.

The tomato soup and cilantro & century egg soup were both flavorful without being overly salty. The sliced lamb was a bit fatty, but it was easy enough to trim off yourself. The lamb skewers were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of char and cumin.

The dessert station was a nice bonus, with milk tea and a variety of toppings to customize your drink. The service was friendly throughout the meal.

Food was ready in a timely manner and very tasty. We ordered the beef brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich - small size - and the portions were generous. The baked beans were smoky and delicious. The potato salad was also tasty. My beef was tender and the BBQ sauce was so good we bought bottles to take home. And I ordered the most popular one at this place. Spiciness was medium and meat was beef. Visual impression of the food was so home and cozy. And the taste was deep and rich. Perfect spiciness. And the best part was noodle. Its texture was between udon noodle and tapioca noodle. Pleasantly chewy and noodle didn't get soggy quickly. I enjoyed this food til the end. The only thing that I was little disappointed was the portion of meat. There was just some pieces but I was so contented with this flavor. Finally got to try this popular roast meat place that always has a line! Luckily, the wait wasn’t too long — about 10 minutes. Watching the chef skillfully slice the meat was impressive. I bought the honey-glazed BBQ pork and the honey pork jowl. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos, but if you love a rich honey flavor, you have to try the pork jowl — it’s absolutely delicious! 😋“

Came with friends who have been here many times. They like the portion sizes in this HK style restaurant but find it can get noisy when full of patrons…and it did.

There are live seafood tanks: crab & lobster….and we did see lobster going out to tables.

They offer a hot HK style tea with entrees which we declined, they offered a can of pop instead…also declined.

We ordered:
Won Ton w/brisket & noodle $18
Honey Garlic Spareribs $25.95
Stir Fried String Beans w/minced pork $25.95
Beef Chow Fun $25.95

Prices are a little high for some items but portions were good. Service was great and as we were pretty much the only customers at first, our order arrived quickly.
I was happy to have the crispy HG Spareribs which I hadn’t had cooked like this in a long time.
We left with leftovers.

Not a terribly huge space with 4-6 top square and round tables plus a few booths that accommodate up to 6.

Located in a small strip mall with limited parking.

“First time trying this place and none of us left disappointed. We went with the Diamond Menu and loved that they offer a birthday perk - the birthday person dines free with three other adults.

Service was fast, and all the dishes arrived as ordered. The lobster and ice cream were included in the menu, though both were limited to one serving per person.

The food was enjoyable overall, but the flavours were quite intense - we were all very thirsty afterwards.
