“First time trying, we ordered the family set with an order of crab on the side. Taste 1/1* Meat were fresh, marinated meat were tasty, and soup was great, though wife thought was slightly over salted. Crab was amazing, highly recommend! Value 0/1* Slightly on the expensive side, each person came out to $60+ with no beverages Service 1/1* Quick and friendly, lots of space for stroller too Cleanliness 1/1* Spotless Overall/Revisit 1/1* Yes would revisit Paying for ambience? MAYBE Above and beyond? 0/+1* NO On a side note, their pork belly are not served with a side of lettuce, also they don't have any draft beer, so if those are something you are craving, may be disappointed.“
“Came here for dinner with some friends last week. Everything was so good!!! The meat was delicious and all the side dishes were great. The soondubu jjigae was so flavorful as well. Service was wonderful. Our server took good care of us and even gave us a complimentary sweet drink at the end of our meal. The place is also quite clean. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here and would definitely come back!“
“Ate here last night for the first time. Incredible food and wonderful atmosphere. Most of the restaurant had been reserved but the staff was very accommodating. Maybe phone ahead to check seating availability. The food was incredible, Every bite from every dish we tried was delicious. The portions were huge as well, we both went in hungry and left with about half of our meals in takeaway containers. Will absolutely be back to try more from this place, highly recommended.“
“Food was fast and taste good. Even their tiny side dishes was good. Kimchi wasn't that spicy. But it was kind of expensive for lunch. 3 dishes came to $64. Seafood pancake was good, but for $25 that is kind of expensive. Not much seafood and not much veg either. Normally not much seafood should still be a lot of veg. The chicken was good , and the udon was good too. The restaurant was full during lunchtime and there was only 1 waitress and she did everything. Answer the phone for takeout, waiting table, serving the food........ She was a one man band. And we still able to finished our lunch within the hour, impressive.“
“Been to many Korean restaurants. But one of the best places in surrey their food is fresh and well-priced,ths is one of the places where it is a real pleasure to tip ..and you feel good because of a wonderful experience.I really recoment this “
“Great place to order chicken from! I have been a loyal customer here for 2 years now, i have been ordering from uber eats. This is the best location so far!!! Never gonna cheat on this location anymore. Best chicken, big servings, always always fresh and hot food. Zero complaints!! 2 servings of boneless chicken feeds my family of 6! Highly recommend. Don’t order from other locations, only this!!!“
“The food is excellent and you can order refills for the side dishes . But keep in mind that the place is small so you might have to wait for a while but it won’t usually take too long. Most of the food is spicy so if you don’t prefer spicy food then you might have to tell them to make the food without the spicy stuff.“
“The restaurant is very wonderful, the food is authentic Iraqi, the atmosphere is wonderful, the songs and the services are very wonderful. I advise everyone who is looking for good and delicious food to visit Shahryar Restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Very wonderful and healthy food 100/100“
“Came in for the Big Opening of S K Grill Restaurant. Was impressed by the new menu.. Took the Butter Chicken pasta, Lamb Burger and Garlic prawn.. We simply loved the Juicy Lamb burger and buttery Garlic Prawn.. Look forward to come again and try other menus. The host Renu is always welcoming and smiley. Very charming lady.. Will surely come again..“
“You can't even comprehend how amazing this food is, seriously juicy amazing chicken with the most crispy crust on the outside. The staffer are always so friendly, one mistake I should have gotten the cilantro spicy sauce to dip this in because I had it last time and it was absolutely mind blowingly delicious!!! ?? The prices are unbelievably reasonable for how amazing their food/chicken is. I'm sad that they're not open on Wednesdays/ chicken wing Wednesdays here would be my all-time favorite go-to!“
“Came here with some friends on this past easter weekend. I got the yorkies and they were fantastic. We also got the bucket of fun and it was pretty good too. Tried pork rinds for the first time, didn't hate it. Had the gin cocktail thing too. Enjoyed it all. My only issue was the portion size could have been a bit bigger but I'm a bit of a fatty so...“
“The quality of their meat compared to other Korean bbq in town. Tender without tendons or any chewing bits beautiful marbling of the beef. It’s on a different level, as if comparinf toyota to mercedes. Amazing food. Amazing staff amazing price.“
“For grilled chicken, we ordered Secret BBQ, Honey Butter Garlic Fries and Roseto! They also added rice cakes and ramen to the roasted chicken! It’s really delicious! The roasted chicken is so delicious and juicy! The cheese flavor of Rosetto is really strong! However, I felt a little tired towards the end of the meal. There was no waiter to be found throughout the entire journey, and the service was average. The price is really super cheap! Less than 20 before tip!“
“Pork Mafia was at the Pitt Meadows Food Truck Spot today for Father’s Day. It was our first time trying and it’s the best food truck we have ever tried! Our favourite was the loaded Mac & Cheese- was not dry at all and the taste was supreme! Can’t wait until they come back.“
“Had a long time ago kebab dinner tonight. I’ve bought takeaway mutton skewers before. When they found out it was my birthday today, they gave me a big bowl of longevity noodles. We ordered mutton skewers with fried rice, mutton skewers, chicken wings, grilled buns...every dish was delicious. Although they are very busy, the service is very good. We will visit again.“
“Best western BBQ I’ve had in the city. The atmosphere is quaint but very cozy and the owner makes everything himself. We splurged on the full platter as a group of 3 to give everything a try and everything went beyond what I could’ve ever imagined: the ribs are so tender and fall perfectly off the bone, the brisket and chicken are both incredibly juicy, and the pulled pork is just perfectly flavourful (and not too dry!)All sauces really elevated each every single dish, would absolutely come again.Notes: reservation required, call or email. Orders could take some time since everything is made immediately to-order. Great meat takes time and man is it worth it. Thank you Marc for such a terrific experience!“
“Came here for AYCE sushi for $38.Overall the toppings were high quality. Fish cake and shrimp was fresh, veggies were fresh, and the meats were good quality served on a plate of ice.Broth was a bit disappointing. Both the white pepper and the Szechuan broth had no flavour to soak the meat, could have used more salt or richness. Tom yum broth was great however. And there’s also sauce provided to dip your meat.Service was decent, and you can get ice cream to end your meal on a sweet note.“
“Last-minute plans for my dad's birthday led me to Yo-Bones. I remember having their pulled pork with mac & cheese a couple years ago from their food truck, and I couldn’t wait to try them again. Despite the spontaneous visit, Yoshi at Yo-Bones went above and beyond to accommodate our party and treated us to a feast fit for a king. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of smoked meat filled the air. I ordered an array of BBQ delights, including pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, and beef brisket, all cooked to perfection. The standout star of the meal was undoubtedly the mac & cheese, boasting a creamy texture that melted in your mouth with every bite. Paired with the savory cornbread, it was the ultimate comfort food combination. The BBQ sauce served alongside the meats was the perfect balance between tangy and smoky flavors that complemented the meats beautifully. Each bite of the tender and soft meat was a testament to the skill and dedication of the pitmasters.Everything we tried at Yo-Bones was a delight to the taste buds, leaving us craving more even after our plates were empty. We were too full though! The service by Yoshi was exceptional, yet warm.Without a doubt, I will be returning to Yo-Bones in the near future and recommending it to all my friends and family. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Fantastic dining experience. Our server Sherry was incredible. Sherry was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and never made us feel rushed while maintaining timely service. The food was spectacular. They say everything is made in house. You are served proof of that with every course. Thank you LuLu Kitchen for a great meal!“
“We ordered four dishes and all of them were actually pretty good. Authentic Korean food. The staff wasn’t overly friendly but their service was prompt and courteous. Price was reasonable as well. Atmosphere is not the best latest Korean spot trend but the place was clean and welcoming.“
“Stopped by for dinner and it was pretty good! Lots of free parking and lots of seats. Restaurant is quite big. Food was tasty and came promptly. The deep fried fish and the lobster/crab noodle was my favorite! Enjoyed the complimentary daily soup and red bean dessert with dinner.“
“I came here with a friend for lunch and my first impression was I appreciated the decor, and the chalkboards! Also the waitresses were very kind. The mini flower arrangements on each table were such a nice touch ? The food was so so good, my friend and each got one of the 2-meat-platters. Generous amount of food, extremely tasty, we both left satisfied. I appreciated the variety they have on the drink menu as well. I look forward to coming back!“
“The meat is soft and very delicious. The staff was friendly and I went there once a month, so they remembered me.Not only meat but also pork is delicious so I recommend it.There was a new menuIt's a thinly sliced pork BBQ for $19, but it comes with the usual small side dishes, sundubu and salad.Personally, I prefer meat and pork BBQ as it is more economical.“
“Yesterday, I went to his house for dinner with my friends. Overall, it was very good. The beef and lamb skewers are always delicious! Especially recommend the cold skin, tinfoil sauerkraut and squid skewers, they are really good? The only drawback is that the cup is often not washed clean, and there is a smell of medicine. In addition, the credit card fee is a bit small.“
“Pretty impressed! Going in with no expectations, as usually for this kind of stuff, I’d go to Richmond but it’s quite authentic here — owners/staff speak Cantonese.Crispy skin pork is 90% there but for CNY that day, at least there was no need to wait 2 hours like what we heard in Richmond. The cha sew was good too, esp if you enjoy less sugar/honey touch up.Bonus they accept debit — Rmd Public Market is cash only.Free, plentiful parking in the back.“
“this is the best chicken I’ve ever had probably in my life… highly recommended. I bought the secret sauce chicken, boneless. It melts in your mouth. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and spicy. Very moist chicken. They have a huge selection of different flavours to choose from. Customer service was full of smiles. Made my day. Please go here. try it out!!! also service is fast (:“
“This is one of my all time favorite places in the world. I started going here in 2015. I moved to Seattle from Vancouver 3 years ago and still on every visit I have to go here. Their catfish with spicy sauce and their beef kebobs are to die for. And their manager Michelle is my favorite restaurant manager ever!!! “
“When they first opened, we dined in a few times for lunch...could be quite busy during peak hours...so we would arrive a bit after 1:30p.m. (easier to find parking too)OurThen we continue to buy take out every few weeks....as the food is tasty ....with lots of varieties....price reasonable...and most important of all.....they are very open so the customers can look through the glass windows when they are chopping up various BBQ meats....unlike in some other restaurants where customers may complain about missing pieces of meat. Our favorite take out include BBQ Port, chicken (both ginger or soy), roasted park with crispy skin, roast duck, BBQ ribs etc etcToday we got half a roasted duck ($22), a big box of duck wings ($10), and a small of BBQ ribs ($8). See photo“
“Free surface parking @ the Amazing Brentwood. Paid underground parking. Accept cc. Long lineup when it had their grand opening. I went there again recently on a weekday and there was no lineup and no wait. 3 ladies working behind the counter. Minimal interaction but the servers remained polite. Price justified by the portion and food quality. Fair to say that they maintain the quality of food (by food court standard). I don't mind to come back again.Parking: Free surface parking @ the Amazing Brentwood. Paid underground parking.“
“Time to Grill in Surrey offers a tantalizing array of grilled delights. The atmosphere is inviting, with a casual vibe that's perfect for a relaxed meal. Service is friendly especially the girl named prabhjot was very well mannered and, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a leisurely breakfast.“
“No-nonsense BBQ take-put place. The portions were big and tasty. I guess they did marinate the meat for a long time before slowly grilling it. I couldn't finish mine thus gave half of it to hubby. For those complaining of how pricey it is - it is not actually, I'd you have ever went to a foodcourt I downtown Vancouver you will know.It is worth coming back!“
