“I like coming here for lunch because you get a free iced green or black tea with your meal. They have a variety of hot pots to choose from, and although you can't customize the ingredients, you can choose your spice level and choose between rice or vermicelli. You can also create your own dipping sauce, which I usually do while waiting for my order. Food always comes out quick and the servers are really nice. I spilt some of my soup and the server came over right away to clean it and topped up my soup.“
“A simple dish in which heated broth with various uncooked meat, seafood, and vegetables to choose from...relatively healthy choice depending on what ingredients you select. Just remember if you're eating tofu or a meatball, let it cool off a little and use caution since it will have absorbed a lot of hot broth. This place portions are for individual serving as you may dine alone or have varieties if trying and want to share. They are a bit busy and it seems like always crowded, but provide good efficent service. We had three different styles of hot pot and all delicious. “We booked a slightly later time to avoid the main dinner rush, was still quite busy and a little loud to be considered an intimate/romantic setting for dinner, but no screaming children (miss the days when people went out for dinner and left the screaming kids with the grandparents or a babysitter, so enjoy the fact that's it's rare to have our meal overrun by someone else's out of control children when we come here), so was an enjoyable if energetic environment, not so loud we couldn't have a conversation. Dinner was the steak special for both of us. The steak and grilled vegetables were very good, the potatoes were decent but not outstanding, however, with the quality of the two main meal items it really didn't detract from the overall quality of the meal especially given the price point. We lunch here often, but this was the first dinner, and won't be the last - we're already booked (through Open Table while we were still at the table!) for next week to catch the Dine Around Delta menu. The discount and points if you have an Encore card is another perk if you like finding a little extra value, especially if you're not having the daily special. The staff are friendly and service is generally very good. Almost don't want to advertise how good this place is and end up having trouble getting a table, but since we can book a spot on Open Table I guess a busy restaurant is good for everyone - so by all means, give this somewhat hidden spot a try, good food, free parking and entertainment, hard to beat.“
