The rich, creamy texture combined with the authentic Nutella taste made it one of the best frozen yogurt flavors I've ever had. It wasn't overly sweet, and the smooth chocolate-hazelnut blend was perfect. The staff were friendly, and the toppings selection allowed me to customize my treat just the way I like it. If you're a Nutella fan, this flavor is a must-try! I'll definitely be back for more.“

“Waited a really long time to try this place for their gooey cinnamon rolls, since their signs always made them sound the best. We managed to snag the last two rolls that day, but I was disappointed when they tasted just average like something from Cinnzeo or Cinnabon. Good enough, but no homemade quality about it.

The chipotle corn chowder and bagel sandwich were delicious and filling. I would go back for lunch if nearby.

Atmosphere was chill and relaxed enough, but our server, an older gentleman, was not very friendly. He was very grumpy, grumbled when he spoke, and just didn’t seem to care or want to be there. The lady behind the counter seemed to be more busy and efficient, and made light conversation with my kid when she stepped in to help with our table. If I do come back, I’d go for the lunch specials, not the cinnamon rolls or the particular server.“

“My baby girl had open heart surgery just before Mother's Day of 2021. It was my FIRST Mother's Day as a mom, in a strange city...with a critically ill baby, and we were staying at Ronald McDonald House nearby the BC Children's Hospital. RMHC gifted all of us moms with some sparkling cider, some bath and body works goodies, some stuffies/toys for our babies, and a gift box of treats from Moore's Bakery. Another mama and I took our daughters for a walk to the Bloedel Conservatory and toasted our first Mother's Day together with our baby girls! It was such a wonderful break from all the stress and fear and uncertainty and it was just such a sweet and unexpected gift. We are so incredibly grateful that Moore's helped to gift all of us mamas at RMHC that year and want them to know how much it meant to us. The treats were delightful and as my daughter nears her 2nd birthday and her 4th cardiac surgery (second open heart surgery) this fall....we will definitely stop by for a treat to mark the occasion again. They have every spice one needs to cook ethnic dishes . I drive from Hope now to shop there . Will continue to support this store till I can no longer go . “Been coming to this location for about 15 years or so. Don’t believe I’ve ever reviewed this place, but I wanted to share something positive that happened today.

To make this short, there was an issue with my meal today. No big deal, it was taken off the bill. However, not only did the manager take it off the bill, he also gave me an extra appy on the house as well as give the person eating with me a free dessert. Pure class.

The manager’s name is Kevin and he handled the situation very well. Not only in regard to the bill, but his manners were top notch as well. I haven’t had service like this in a long time, so it was a very pleasant experience and now I can’t wait to return to this location.“
