We called in while our parents were in having a special birthday dinner and were able to co-ordinate with leva to do a FaceTime and surprise them with a cake and candle, and she managed to get everyone to sign along ! Leva gave amazing service, was extremely polite and helpful on the phone and even called us back to let us know when they were bringing out the cake !!

“I had to work in the island for three months and I stayed at this location for almost two months after I moved out from the thunderbird motel due to bed bugs. So the experience was completely different at a similar price range. The rooms were way better and cleaner. The service was great and they also had a good cold breakfast bar. Most importantly, the front desk was phenomenal, Hailey the front desk supervisor was amazing and super helpful. I had issues checking in cause of my stay was covered by the company but Hailey made sure the process went smoothly. She went above and beyond and was super friendly. Would definitely stay there if I go to Duncan in the future“

“Just an amazing family owned business. It’s a quaint and welcoming store. Perfect for a the neighbourhood. Has everything you need for a concise rant store. I remember going Masons when I was two years old and would rent VHS tapes. It’s nostalgic moving back up island as an adult and having those memories. It’s great to see the family run business still running successfully!“
