“Ayden is the most patient and authentic employee I saw at this tim. Great job man , respect your patience for working with such a staff. This guy listened to the instructions very properly and helped the customer in time.
All the other staff was rude and non communicative ( everyone else did not even care about the line up inside the store, seemed like they only worked for the drive thru)....“
“The food is standard Tim's fare which isn't amazing hence the rating. The atmosphere same but this one is nice and clean.Despite that going there in the morning is a delight for any local the staff on the early morning shift are a pure delight and honestly make my day. There is one guy there in particular that goes out of his way to be incredibly friendly with all the customers and asks about each one and knows people by their orders. This location is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing shift like this. I literally can choose between 5 different Tim's on my way to work and this one I go to for the staff interaction. If a manager or owner reads this. GIVE THAT SHIFT A RAISE!!!!!!“
“Friend and I came after dine in was closed but drive in was still open. Had my iced cap and my friend had steeped tea, her usual favorite lemon poppy seed and a regular bowl of chili. Buddy told me the chili she had was better than all the locations she's been to in Victoria combined, and that says a lot considering the both of us both live in Victoria and here on a visit! She was concerned being after 10pm they'd be out or getting bottom old scrapings but def not the case and she is not easily impressed.
Will remember to swing by to this specific location when we're in the area again.

“Tim Hortons on trans Canada and bench road is the bomb! The staff is so lovely and their food is ALWAYS fresh!
I’m talking beat hash brown EVER!
I live closer to millbay but the bench rd location is well worth the drive as the service and freshness is much higher quality!
And they are always fast!“
